  Amazing Hotel

  The staff is wonderful and very attentive to your needs. Place is beautiful and the rooms are clean. Bathrooms are huge with lots of towels. There are local shopping venues near by. There's also local restaurants next to the hotel.

  Convenient

  You could not ask for an easier hotel to drive to right off 127. The shopping area, all high quality stores, name brands, great shopping and not the hassle of having to drive all over. Some of the best restaurants in Lansing right next door, movie theater across the street. All easy to drive or walk to.

  Great location, better people.

  Was there with 2 kids and a pet during pandemic and the experience was wonderful. Felt safe and well cared for during the visit! The food was good and the care given from the front desk made this a very pleasant experience.

  A little disappointed

  I was really surprised with the ratings of this hotel and find that the fruit refrigerator was not working properly, the pillows seemed used and old fortunately they werent comfortable at all. The bad actually hurt my back definitely expect that to be a little more comfortable. The other thing that I was really shocked by was that there was no microwave in the room theres one of the lobby area but for the convenience if youre trying not to leave your room I just want to have a spec that I microwave.

  Very clean and very friendly staff it was very quiet hotel I would stay here again if it wasn't over priced weekend rate the pool and hot tubs where out of service and the fitness center was by appointment only kind of disappointed
