  Terrible shower head/water pressure

  Overall great hotel and friendly staff. Room and property were clean. However, Ive never showered in a trickle before. Clearly this hotel is trying to save money at the expense of their clientele. I travel often for business and when youre missing the comforts of home, the last thing you want to deal with is a shower that barely functions. Shame on this property owner. I will not return unless they fix this. If something like this wouldnt bother you as it has me, then I think youll enjoy your stay.

  Great Place to Stay!

  Everything is great about this location. Only weakness is the Hyatt Corporate level ability to provide an app that eliminates going to the desk and getting keys. This is a step back if you are using Hilton, Marriott and other competitor's smart phone apps.

  Very loud and rude staff.

  The hotel is very close to the highway so we heard traffic all night, it made it very hard to sleep if you arent used to it. The staff was rude and unfriendly, the mask policy is dumb (when more than 6 feet from other people you are still required to wear a mask).

  Business trip

  Pre-made breakfast bags were not good. I realize that COVID impacted this however at least give some choices to the customers. Whether it be pre-order or someone putting items into a bag. Either one would be a lot better.

  Above Average Hotwl

  Dealing with Covid, I would say they were doing the best they can. The breakfast bags were pathetic. The room was clean and very nice shower. The front desk people were very accommodating. We were there for a marriage retreat and was very happy with our stay.
