  Housekeeping issues

  There was no housekeeping for three days and I was not able to take a bath. I was told due to the pandemic housekeeping only comes every three days. Thats something you would want your customers to know when before booking the hotel and upon arrival. Highly upset.

  Excellent airport hotel

  This hotel is convenient and offers many amenities when traveling. The room was very clean. I would recommend staying here! They have airport transportation to and from the airport too! The staff was very helpful and informative.

  Clean and comfortable. Good value.

  I use this hotel frequently for business travel. Staff is great, hotel is clean, amenities are good, breakfast is good. Only thing I could wish for is a better walking situation to nearby restaurants. There really arent any options, so I ordered food delivered. The hotel room service is also good as an option. Friendly staff and clean rooms makes it a great place to stay near the airport.

  Consistently clean and comfortable...PLUS avocado toast!

  I love to stay at Hyatt Place hotels when I travel for business and pleasure. I love the spacious rooms with seating area and comfortable bed. The avocado toast for breakfast was a nice and delicious surprise!

  No Food NetworkBut Otherwise Excellent

  After ditching a weekend trip via plane due to a non-COVID sickness, I decided to sojourn at the Hyatt Place near IND for a few days instead. I consider my experience to deserve four stars. Read on to learn the positives and negatives: - A free shuttle and close proximity to the airport gives this property an admirable location. Not a ton, but a few dining options are within walking distance. - Staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and accommodating. When Indianapolis Ztrip (a cab company) discriminated against me (wheelchair user), the workers at the Hyatt Place helped to lift my 400-pound chair into their shuttle, despite it lacking a lift or ramp. Impressive and above and beyond the call of duty! Kudos to everyone! - My room was older, but it was very quiet and comfortable. Perhaps it could use a refurbishment in the next few years, but for now, it was maintained to good standards. Cleanliness was evident. - The breakfast and all-day meal options available in the lobby were delicious. - The TV in my room didnt appear to contain my favorite channels: Food Network and the Weather Channel. I feel I should warn fans of the FN...you may wish to choose another hotel until this is fixed. - Staff provided full services to unmasked guests (see example picture). Unacceptable. - One male staff member (who also drove the shuttle I think) tended to wear his mask improperly. I also saw him without gloves when handling food (but Im not a food safety expert when it comes to handling small items like pastries). Please consider chatting with him. I dont mean to be harsh with those negatives, but they must be rectified soon for the greater good of the hospitality business and public health. (Ok, maybe the Food Network doesnt impact public health. Lol.) But because the positives outweigh the negatives, I will return next time I need airport accommodations. Thanks guys!
