Highly RecommendedOne of my favourite hotels. Stayed here many times since theyve opened. Clean, spacious, fairly priced and overall a great place to stay in west Edmonton. They provide food here and it is quite delicious too!

safe and welcomedWe felt very safe from covid and we were given a very warm welcome on our arrival. Due to covid, the breakfast was closed but the grab bag breakfast was really good and there was enough to fill our bellies. Our stay felt like we were visiting good friends. We will defiantly stay at this hotel again.

Dont come here with petsPet fee was not stated and our bill was emailed. Only found out the pet fee was $75 when I saw my email. Wont stay here again which is too bad as room was nice. When the pet fee is as much as the room charge its not worth the price.

Very modern hotelVery spacious lobby, friendly staff! The rooms are very good size we stayed in a 2 Queen suite with pull out couch which was great so it is wonderful for larger families! Beds and pillows were very comfortable! Cons, we found the room cold I dont know how many times I bumped the heat and I like a cooler room this was much cooler then comfortable. FROSTED GLASS sliding door on bathroom totally inappropriate for families every time someone used the bathroom it became a family experience as this door provided very little privacy or noise barrier for even brushing teeth.. not sure who thought that was a good idea. Would maybe stay here again but honestly the frosted door Id probably avoid this hotel again even though our overall experience was good and staff was excellent.

My Wife was only worth $75 to the hotelWe we stayed here Feb. 16th/20th. It was a trip from hell from check-in to check out. Here is a list of the following that happened. 1) At check in We were told theres gonna be an extra charge for our path of $25 per night., total $75 we booked thru hotels.com Nowhere on the Hotel description did it say there was an extra charge so we assume it was free, Otherwise for the price we paid it wasnt worth us to stay there Especially their neighbour in hotels offered pet friendly for free. 2) Later The first night I called down to book a pool time, And because we had a second room that my son was booked in They wouldnt let our room book at pool time. Even though the pool was empty at 10:30 in the morning when we wanted to go. 3) Now on our second day we went to do a little bit grocery shopping and when we came back we were told we had to move rooms, So now Im furious we had all our staff unloaded and all settled into the room and now theyre telling us we have to move because of a leak, so I tell the woman at the front desk who by the way was one of the rudest person I ever seen that I want to be compensated for this inconvenience, After waste an hour of our day arguing, we didnt have to move. 4) Later on the second night my wife took our small dog out for a dog walk as she got to the front desk, There was four people that were intoxicated staying at the hotel one female and three males, the female told her to get her F...ing dog out of here cuz I will stab you, then proceeded to tell her she would kill her, All this happening right in front of two of the hotel staff. My wife was very shakin up and my kids seen this, So I go down to the front desk and ask them what the hell are they going to do about this, while they let the three males stay at the hotel and the woman came in the back door and stayed with them, because the hotel did not call the police, I called them myself they eventually came and talk to the hotel staff, and the hotel staff offered us $75, its a sad shame that I think my wifes life is only worth $75. 5) On our last day of our stay my wife went to get ice for her water bottle, and there was a dirty used tampon applicator in the ice machine. We have pictures but I dont want to post them on here if anybody wants to see which I hope they dont LOL I would gladly share. 6) Lastly They did a pre-authorize On my credit card for the full three days which was $498 and they did 3 different Pre-authorize charges one on every single day and we were there, so they tied up almost $1000 on my credit card, now If I was Relying on my credit card and budgeting in my card They pretty much charged $1000 on my card because as of today its still not reversed on my card. I am in charge the room to my credit card i paid debit. Enclosing I just want to say some of these things were out of the hotels hands, but the female staff that we were working there all three days were the most rude people Ive ever seen, They did not wanna hear anything from us, and Im gonna be honest we dont usually complain. Theres only one person I can complement and that is the male staff that work the evening shift he was good and he was very reasonable and tried to help out. I asked those women three days in a row to talk to the manager of the general manager and then stay then told me he wasnt available. I will make sure everyone hears our story so it doesnt happen to them. My wifes life is worth $75 that will forever stay in my mind. I will share my story everywhere I can Facebook is next for me. And I will say this I am reaching out right now in this public forum for the general manager to personally call me, you do have my number. And if you dont know , ask one of your staff theyll know exactly who I am.
