  Housekeeping needs work

  Housekeeping cleanliness needs improvement. We had 2 rooms and grout lines in both showers have mildew. Showers are not being cleaned properly or more training is needed. Head board in both rooms had oils from peoples heads leaning on them. Refrigerator did not work in one room. TV remote did not work in one room. A used bar of soap was left for us in the shower. Very disappointing for 100 per night for 3 nights.

  Very nice place to stay

  My daughter had a volleyball tournament. We were very surprised at the size of our room. It was almost the size of a suite. Very impressed. So much space and the room was comfy and clean. The staff was very very nice.

  Dirty mildewed shower

  Was so looking forward to staying here. The bathroom was yucky. Shower grout was full of mildew and whoever had caulked the shower did a very poor job. We went to Kroger and bought bathroom cleaner with Clorox. No way was i stepping foot in that shower stall. Wall paper was coming down in the corners. Very disappointing. On a positive note the breakfast was good considering COVID restrictions and coffee was yummy. Morning staff was veery friendly and helpful

  Very dissatisfied

  When I called to make the reservation for a king room with a pull out couch, I specifically asked if our room would have a bath tub. We were traveling with two small kids and a bathtub is essential. She assured me it would. Once we got there and got to the room, there was no tub. I went down to the desk and asked if we could be placed in a room with a tub and she put us in a double queen. Later on that evening when bath time rolled around, the knob on the bath would not work. We couldn't turn the water on at all. We bathed the baby in the sink and put them to bed because they were to tired to be moved. Once they were asleep I went down to let them know about the water situation and they informed me that maintenance was off and asked if we wanted to switch rooms. I declined because the kids were already in bed. The next morning as I was getting everything together for us to leave, I was checking the whole room to make sure they didn't drop anything where we couldn't see. I looked on the floor on the other side of one of the beds, closest to the wall, and found fake rose petals and confetti left over from someone else's stay!! When I went to complain to the front desk all he could offer was a 20% discount. I took it but we still wound up paying somewhere near $75 for a dirty room that we couldn't shower in.

  I recently stayed at the Hyatt in Columbus for 6 nights. I stayed in the 1 bedroom suite which was $117 a night. Well worth the money! The hotel did seem a little worn but clean. The staff was great! Ive only stayed at one other hotel in the area, this was much better with the same rating.
