  Get what you pay for.

  Recently stayed at the Hyatt hotel in Biloxi. Nice clean hotel. Good breakfast. They offer rooms with a view of the Gulf of Mexico and beach. They cost an extra $10 per night. That is what I booked but our view was a cemetery, a parking lot ,watching and hearing trains go by at all hours. After the second night of listening to slamming doors and crying kids until 11:00 PM, and kids knocking on a neighboring door at 5:45 AM, we said something to the desk clerk the next morning. Yes, we could have called the desk but we didn't. The clerk said to say something when we checked out and they would adjust the bill. We checked out about 6:30 AM two days later and the clerk said she couldn't do anything about the adjustment so the manager called me later that morning. She said looked at my reservation and said I booked a non view room as reflected in my $85 a night standard rate. My 4 night charge came out to $421. Now it's been a long time since I was in school but I still haven't forgotten my math. $85 per night plus 13% taxes doesn't add up to $421, does it? Ms. Manager, no need to write an apology or try to call me again.

  Best hotel on our trip with multiple hotel stays.

  We stayed at 3 different hotels during this trip. This hotel was by far the best (all 5 members in my party agree). The front desk staff was very welcoming to us. The pool was a hit with the kids. The view from our room was beautiful. Our room was great! Breakfast was pretty good. No complaints!

  Just a step above average

  Rooms look nothing what's on the site, pillows are memory foam but they go down completely flat when on them. You would need 2 just to be somewhat comfy. Nice staff, house keepers or friendly and does a great job. Pet friendly rooms, family friendly rooms.

  Beautiful relaxing

  Rooms clean, quiet and family oriented and they had a choice of hot and cold breakfast prepared with COVID 19 guidelines! Awesome place to stay when you are in the area and its right across from the beach

  Cleanest and friendliest!

  Everything from the room to common areas absolutely sparkled. All staff were as helpful and as professional as could be. Delicious, generous, sanitary breakfast options. Probably the best hotel experience I've ever had.
