  Great and beautiful Hotel!!

  It's in a excellent location, in the middle of all attractions!! The views are amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and observed the regulations of Covid, and it's comfortable.

  We loved it!

  We stayed at the Hyatt Residence Club Sedona, Piñon Pointe which was perfect! The hotel is located right in the heart of Uptown so we could walk to most restaurants and just a quick drive everywhere else we wanted to go to. The Hyatt offers luxurious studio and one- and two-bedroom rooms. We got a one bedroom room which had the best jacuzzi tub of my life plus a fireplace. There was a full kitchen and dining area if we wanted to cook, plus a huge outdoor patio. My only complaint was that the hot tub closed at 7PM!

  Gorgeous

  Loved our vacation here Lovely room and location with pool that has an incredible view!! Sedona is one of our favorite vacation spots since moving to the USA. ITS JUST INCREDIBLE if you love the outdoors and amazing scenery and walks in the outdoors. This resort is close to restaurants you can walk to and had everything you could want in the unit. Even a flashlight for evening walks. Great bed and tub too.

  Convenient location

  Great location to shopping and restaurants. Front desk and staff friendly and helpful. We had the studio lockout part of unit. My only complaints were that the walls are very thin, could hear everything from unit next door, and no lighting in the kitchenette area.

  Good location but don't waste your money! There are much better across the street.

  To begin, the location is fantastic. You can walk to shopping and restaurants, which is very nice. Staff have been friendly and the grounds are well kept and very pretty. However, even granted, we are here during COVID, but that doesn't excuse the tired rooms, few amenities and overall - blah- of the property. We arrived around 4 PM Sunday night, and had 'splurged' on a 2 bedroom expensive unit. Was quite disappointed when there were 60 steps to get to the unit, which didn't work for one of us who has a bad knee. Asked to change rooms, which cost us 2.5 hours of waiting time. The room we now have is literally underground. No hope of watching the fantastic stars that are so bring at night, unless you go to a common area, which would be fine, but they all close at 7. So, we sit on the sidewalk outside the room -- hardly worth $560 a night! Hot tubs fully booked, fire pit not offered as an option because of COVID. No house keeping - no GYM Despite being a Hyatt Globalist, there are no amenities at all, not even early or late check out.
