  Highly recommend! Best RDU hotel for the price...

  Our go to pre-flight hotel. Very spacious rooms, clean, and conveniently located. Great selection of nearby restaurants and only a few minutes drive from airport. Staff is friendly and helpful. The price is extremely reasonable for the level of accommodation. Breakfast and bar options are terrible due to covid but acceptable during "normal" times. We stay several times a year and have been extremely satisfied.

  Week long stay with two kids

  The staff was all very friendly and professional. The hotel was very clean and our sixth-floor room was quiet. Even though we couldn't use the pool or pool table due to Covid, the fire pit outside made for a nice place to see family who met us there from another state. The two-room suite had a full-size fridge with the freezer on top which was very helpful for a family of four. My only complaints are small but not uncommon for many hotels I've stayed at. The first would be the weak water pressure in the shower. Second, and most strange, is the very short faucet in the bathroom sink. It barely made it to my first knuckle so I was banging my knuckles every time I had to wash my hands. And this is in the two-room suite with two queen beds. It was just weird to have such a small faucet making it tough to wash my hands. Would definitely use this Hyatt again.

  Front desk lady is very rude

  i wish i would have looked at her name tag. she was very unhelpful the whole staff seemed to be clueless. my husband lost his phone and tracked it to the hotel still and we received no assistance what so ever. Also they failed to tell me about the 75$ non refundable pet feee. which turned this trip into almost a 300$ trip for one night. everyone reading this is not a 300$ hotel. do yourself a favor and find a double tree.

  As good as it gets

  Nice new Hyatt House with spacious room, sitting areas, and fantastic gym. There is also an indoor pool that looks nice though we did not use it. We were greeted by Julius at the front desk which set the tone for a great stay. Great value, and customer service. W

  Excellence in challenging times

  I have been using this location since March 2020 during COVID difficult times. The hotel staff and management have consistently exceeded my expectations by anticipating my needs of safety and comfort. A true home away from home. Bravo!
