  Great business hotel

  Como siempre, buen trato del personal del Hotel. Servicio perfecto, muy bien atendido y con todo lo necesario para largas estancias. Buen servicio shuttle casi a cualquier hora del dia. Atención personalizada en front desk. Muy amables. Las habitaciones grandes y comodas. Sensación de limpieza en todo momento. Gimnasion pequeño pero suficiente para las necesidades diarias. Es mi quinta estancia y espero volver pronto.

  Nuestra estadía en el Hotel fue muy agradable, desde que llegamos, la habitacion, la ubicación y la atención del personal fue muy agradable. Lo recomendaría para que las familias pasen unas lindas vacaciones!!

  Unsatisfactory Amenities, Attentive Staff

  My partner and I reserved a room (a one-bedroom King suite) for 3 nights. Upon discovering this location we felt the room rate was modest and that the supposed amenities would fit our needs. This visit was not for business or pleasure - we needed a place to stay for a few nights while floor repairs were being performed at our home due to water damage. Our primary complaint is with the lack of amenities which were promised on the room listing. The listing stated that the room had a full kitchen, yet we arrived in a room that had hot plate style burners and no oven. This prevented us from using some of the food we brought along and required us to make additional food purchases instead. The room also lacked basic kitchen items such as a frying pan, pasta colander, cutting board, dish soap or detergent. Despite the pet friendly label on this property, there is not much real space to take a dog out for bathroom breaks or exercise. Grassy space is limited, and it is often alongside the windows of other rooms. Any other significant green space is off of the property. Had the only issue with our stay been a lack of promised amenities, I would have likely rated this property a 3/5. However, we also had a poor experience with room maintenance when they conducted an unannounced fire extinguisher inspection. This was during a time when COVID pandemic protocols were in place, and two individuals entered the room regardless of the do not disturb sign on the handle.  Both individuals wore masks, but didn't appear to be sanitizing their hands when going through the room, or upon entering other units.  In all fairness, COVID protocols were adhered to with fidelity minus this experience - and our primary concern is with the unannounced, abrupt, and uncompromising entrance that was made. On a final note, the difference between a terrible and poor experience was that the management heard our concerns and made an attempt to ameliorate them. We were told that the missing amenities in our room would be added for future guests, and that it is possible a previous guest may have stolen the utensils that we found missing. Understanding that this is a realistic possibility, it didn't sit right with me that this was the first conclusion the management jumped to rather than simply owning the fact that staff didn't inventory the room before our stay. To make up for our experience, the management refunded one night's stay. This gesture is greatly appreciated, but does not change our experience enough to consider this location a second time.

  AVOID this place

  Paid for a 2 room suite for 2 nights and left after one night because the room smelled like an ashtray. The phone did not work, the shower was wet and we had to leave for 6 hrs to air out the room with all windows open in winter to be able to stay overnight. There was only one man working at the front desk and he was spread very thin. Did not hear from management the next am in regards to our concerns.

  Love Hyatt House

  I am so glad to be returning back here to the Hyatt house. This is always been my favorite hotel, reasons being the staff is very attentive they make sure you have what you need. General manager is very polite and we'll do whatever he can to assist you if you need anything. Hotel has always been very clean to my satisfactory. It is not their fault that they cannot serve breakfast at the hot bar like they used to because of covid-19. This is just a very lovely cozy little spot that I have always enjoyed to stay at. Five stars from me, I wish I could give 10 Anonymous I must say
