  Magnificent!

  The location of the property was near, restaurants, Oakbrook Mall and the expressway which was a plus. Friendly and professional staff, room layout is amazing, room was clean and very comfortable. We had an amazing experience. We will be back very soon

  Extended stay

  We stayed here a month while waiting to move into our new home. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly but overwhelmed with how busy it gets on the weekends. The rooms were cleaned pretty well and the breakfast provided was more than adequate. The hotel gets very busy on the weekends and the hallways and lobby will smell like pot, so just keep that in mind if staying there with children. People are there to party on the weekends, probably the reason why a security guard is needed at night for the weekends. The hotel is definitely a much better experience during the weekdays. The mask policy is not enforced for guests, so keep that in mind if it makes you uncomfortable. Cleaning staff was also observed not wearing masks many times, although front desk staff was always wearing theirs. Its been over a month since we checked out, so at the time only 10 people were allowed in the pool at a time. That rule was never followed, as guests would just keep opening the door and letting their friends in. This made it uncomfortable for people looking to distance during a pandemic. The pool also didnt have towels, and once they even brought nothing more than hand towels to use. The laundry room and gym were adequate and convenient, but again people not wearing their masks. I would not recommend this hotel during covid times, but that is probably the case in any hotel since its hard to enforce the policy once guests are checked in. The hotel is in a good location with many restaurants and stores nearby, so would recommend if covid wasnt going on.

  My stay here was the absolute worst l!

  No peace of mind here at all! This is a circus noise all night no rest. Children banging on the door all night long. These people children were unsupervised. I called the front desk to complain about this manner. No one came to assist me This madness went on all night & morning long

  Nice hotel

  The Rooms are a decent size, it was Very clean and comfortable, reasonable price. The Breakfast wasnt to bad either, it was a variety to choose from. Ive been here 3 times and will definitely go back.

  Average extended stay.

  During a pandemic hIgh touch areas like coffee stations, water pitchers, juice pitchers were a concern. I would have been also nice to schedule room cleaning to maintain social distancing. My family was unable to use the pool due to overcrowding. The quiet hours meant nothing since every single weekend we were awakened to loud guests (parties, fighting, yelling, running down hallways nonstop) as if I were in Vegas. I was happy to leave my 3 week stay. The staff was very pleasant throughout my stay.
