  Great location and view

  Stay there for 4 days with young kids and another family friends. Its a great hotel with spectacular scenery and views. Orchids to pluck ur fruit. Hot running water. Great breakfast with local delicacies and frwsh juices and jam. Out of this world. Once ur there u wont want to come back. Its tax free. Its in the bazaar so plenty to do. If ur a couple fet the rent room facing valley

  Worst Serena experience!

  My husband & I were on a trip to the north. We had travelled from skardu to Hunza & had stayed at the Serenas in Khaplu & Shiger. Hence, the expectations from the Serena in Hunza. Upon arrival we were checked in to a super tiny room that couldnt even fit our luggage in. We had to choose between walking around the bed or keeping our luggage. We requested for a bigger room and offered to pay for an upgrade but we were told there are only two deluxe rooms on the whole property which were completely booked. After complaining to them about their room & Internet, they gave us an excuse saying that since they cant keep up to serena standards, they have named it Serena In. They are still charging the same price as Serena though. Nothing is good at this place. Dont expect good food, services or hospitality. The people are reception dont know how to deal with their clients & they have an excuse for everything. They are charging so much but cant even provide good internet. On top of that, you dont get good phone service in the area. This place only has a good view. That is all. But you can find that in many places in Hunza. I wont recommend anyone to stay here and spend so much.

  Serena is all time favourite

  Serena is my all time fav restaurant and hotel. I prefer staying in serena, very accommodating environment and clean atmosphere. Their staff is very friendly and give quick service. I recommend a one must stay in this hotel.

  Hospitable, Empathetic & Caring.

  A nice hotel encircled by enormously huge mountains, offering a luxurious environment & really good food. On my visit I meet some best people of Serena. I could never forget my discourse with the kind hotel manager, the tasty food which the cook made on my request, & the front office professional who took time to accompany me to the nearby areas. Thank you everyone
