    WORST HOTEL EVER!

    My family and i had to stay at this hotel as we missed our connection flight, we only stayed in this place for as long as we had to, the hotel is old and outdated, we notice this place was not clean, they didnt even supply the basic necessities such as toilet paper, and soap to wash your hands in the bathroom, the room smelt of stale smoke and the bed was hard as rocks. We got offerd breakfast which was sereved outside on the roof where they did not even cover any food up, which the food was exposed to flies, the staff did try to offer us another breakfast but we declined , as we just wanted to leave and head back to the airport, one thing i can say positve about this hotel is the staff they try to help as much as they could so we cant fault them

    THE WORST HOTEL IN THE WORLD PERIOD

    After missing a connection flight by 10 min thanks to china southern airlines we were made to stay at this horrible dump.it stunk of cigarrettes, flithy,old,mosquitos eating you and rock hard beds with no toiletries no room service.it was just a nightmare and would of prefered staying at the airport.never again will i step foot in this hell hole.we all got sick after leaving china and never will return to china again.

    Awful hotel

    We were placed by China Southern Airlines in this hotel after weather delays to our flights as a "free transfer hotel" and we can understand why it was free. It was terrible the beds were so uncomfortable, rooms dirty left over hair from the last guest, lack of soap and toilet paper. We wouldn't dare of touched the food that was served for breakfast after seeing the hygiene standards of the kitchen and the selection not up to international hotel standard. Labelled a 4 star hotel wouldn't even give it a 1. We do though have to thank the staff who changed our rooms after complaining lucky for us there was another Chinese national who could speak English staying otherwise we would not have ever got through to them. Once the room was changed they bought us lunch and made us dinner to accommodate us further.
