  My partner and I have just spent a lovely 3 nights in Hue. During the day we toured the local sights but overnight we stayed in this Riverside Resort. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was a good size for a swim. There was a pool table where we played a couple of games. The cloth has a couple of small tears. The location is right next to the perfume river a few kilometres out of town but we took either a taxi or dragon boat ride to get back and forth. One round boat trip a day is paid by the hotel. The setting is very relaxing and breakfast was tasty. I recommend the crepes with honey! The best thing is the staff who were very polite and attentive. I would happily go back.

  beautiful hotel and great service !

  The hotel is on the banks of the Perfume River that is very peaceful and quiet. There is a lovely swimming pool in the hotel that helps to relax. Breakfast have good selection of dishes for both Vietnames and western styles. This hotel free bicycle and boat for all the guests, I guess maybe it is far several kilometers from the city. I had an interesting experience here when spent one day to take a boat along to Perfume River. Highly recommend this hotel.

  Fabulous Eco Resort on the Perfume River

  We stayed for 4 nights in mid February at this beautiful quiet resort just outside central Hue. We practically had the resort to ourselves as it was not yet high season. We had incredible value for money. The grounds are stunning with fruit trees, flowers and an organic vegetable garden. The rooms are large with lovely bathrooms and comfortable beds with the added bonus of stunning views of the Perfume River. There is a large clean swimming pool. Free kayaks and bicycles are available. There is a very generous, a la carte, complimentary breakfast. The food at the resort is delicious. We enjoyed a very fun cooking lesson with the staff. The staff were very warm and welcoming and can arrange all manner of tours. To top it all off there is a twice daily free dragon boat ride to central Hue. Highly recommend this for a restful stay while visiting Hue.

  Wonderful hotel with delicious breakfast

  We had a wonderful stay at Hue Riverside Boutique Hotel and Spa . The staff are friendly and the hotel is really nice. The buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful! Couldnt be happier with our stay and highly recommend this hotel. Right in the heart of the Hue City you can walk everywhere, and theres lots of food options around. Also a laundry next door, convenience store and the hotel spa is divine! Thanks Hue Riverside Boutique Hotel and Spa , we will be back !

  Unfortunately this hotel was a bit of a disappointment in most areas. Its a beautiful setting by the river but the location isnt ideal, being at least 5km away from places of interest. This made ordering Grab taxis difficult as theyd never come out to collect us this far away from the centre of Hue. The room itself wasnt as clean as wed have liked and there was always a number of creepy crawlies in the room with us. (To be fair they did warn us about this) The hotel did have a beautiful swimming pool although this was unfortunately closed for two of the three days that we stayed here for. Lastly the cost for staying here is a little cheeky. Weve been in Vietnam now for almost 4 months and in that time weve stayed at many different hotels. This has probably been the worst one, yet it was the one that cost us the most money per night. All of the others have been nicer hotels offering so much more. Id like to end with some positives. Firstly we couldnt fault the customer service, all of the staff have been super friendly to us. Also, the breakfast was very tasty here, giving us a good start for each day we stayed. Looking for a quiet peaceful time? Then this hotel will work fine for you. However, if youre planning on doing some sight seeing and socialising, pick somewhere closer to the centre.
