  Very clean, modern and nice hotel but not quite 4 star

  The hotel was advertised on aldi suisse as a 4 star hotel. But it is rather a very good 3 star hotel. The rooms are very bright, the bed comfortable, everything is very new.The sauna area is beautiful, service extremly friendly. The food was mostly good ( expect the entrecote which was horrible, rather take the cheaper meat option) breakfast was great (big choice, good cheese, fruit, müsli, meat etc. only the bread did not seem very fresh). Anyway to be a four star hotel the room, bed and bath were a bit too small and little details like fruit in spa area and entry were missing. But surely one of the best 3 star hotel we have been and the surroundings are beautiful for outdoor activities. We surely recommend this hotel!

  Very accomodating staff

  We had booked 3 nights in Hotel Hubertus in Mellau, unfortunately I started to have a huge migraine, which forced us to make our way back to Munich. The staff was very accomodating and understanding, and we are grateful to them for their flexibility. The room was very bright, clean, pristine, as if brand new. A pleasant mix of traditional and modern furniture. We would like to thank again the staff and the manager for their understanding.

  Excellent hotel, excellent food

  Stayed here with a friend on a special offer for the weekend. We absolutely loved the hotel as well as the food served. The rooms are super spacious, the whole hotel smelled pleasantly like the sauna it operates on the third floor. The staff is great and attentive and the dinner has simply been excellent. We savored the multi-course menu until the last bits. Overall, super cozy hotel, that is well accommodated for its winter sport guests. Merely the room was slightly too warm to sleep and we did not find the possibility to regulate/switch off the heating. Otherwise, could not have wished for a nicer surprise, as this was a rather spontaneous booking. Would certainly come here again.
