  No es de la cadena americana Holiday Inn pero está bien por el precio

  Estuvimos en este hotel 3 dias en febrero pasado. El hotel no tiene (por lo menos en esta época) servicio de comidas ni desayuno. Por lo demás està bien y es económico. Las habitaciones estan bien y el baño también aunque falta un poco de luz. Es centrico (junto a la estación de autobuses) y a 5 minutos andando del centro peatonal. El pueblo es muy bonito y agradable aunque lleno a rebosar de turistas chinos. Hay buenos restaurantes de comida de la región. Es obligado hacer un tour por el rio, que es precioso, aunque también se puede ir andando o en bicicleta.

  Excellent location, Very value for money, Very good service

  I stayed in Huating Holiday Inn and i have only good things to say about this place. very close to West street , room was very big and clean. the staff was very nice especially Mike, helps us to get a bus ticket and also tooks us to the station. Will come back again.

  Good accomodation

  The hotel is clean and well kept . Location is excellent , close to west street but quiet at night . Mike the concierge speaks good English and is extremely helpful . The rest of the staff speak very little English but are friendly and helpful ...

  Average Hotel but reasonable rate.

  During our trip to Guilin last year, we took a boat trip following the Li River to Yangshuo town. This trip was a wonderful trip as the half a day cruise took us through various mountains depicting certain stories. Fishermen had their Cormorants help them to catch fish from the Li River. Upon arrival at Yanhshuo, we were purschasing a few packets of good Chinese when we discovered the Huating Holiday Inn next door. Upon viewing the rooms, we decided to stay in the room nearer to the Yangshuo Park. Though many tourists complained that this hotel was noisy as it was near the main road, but we discovered that it was quiet good at the rate we paid for. A few hundred meters from this hotel is the famous "Western Street" where many Western Tourists like to customised the numerous Restaurants there with their special cuisine of Li River fish cooked with beer. A reminded of the wayside cafe in Paris, France. Huating is an average hotel and at the rate we were paying, we find that it was a good bargain. As we reached Yangshuo and at Pantao Road obtaining a few packets of Chinese tea, we noticed that beside it is the Huating Holiday Inn. Upon inquiry, we discovered that the rate of this hotel is very reasonable. Rooms are averaged for that price. Huating is not too far from the "Western Street" where foreign tourists had their sumptuous meal of fish from the Li River cooked with beer in numerous restaurants along the Western Street. It looked like Paris with their wayside cafe. Not far from the Li River is the Yulong (Jade Dragon River) so serene and beautiful where most tourists would take rowed boats cruising slowing along the river. Many tourists complained that since this hotel is near the Main Road, it is very noisy. But I discovered that the room where we stayed was quiet. Perhaps it was not facing the Main Road but beside the Yangshuo Park. Cheap and worth staying.

  Surprisingly good

  We booked a triple room via booking,com and were very surprised with this little hotel. The room was clean and quite big . The beds were hard as per Chinese standard but we could sleep well.The hotel was close to West Street but was not affected by any noise.Just across the street, there is a little market where we could buy fresh fruits every morning. The staff was friendly especially Mike at the desk tour . He helped us to book our tours and made sure we enjoyed our stay. In fact, Yangshuo was the highlight of our 3 weeks trip to China, not only for its amazing landscape but also for its food and people. Hope to come back someday.
