    The hotel was awful with all sense of the word. First when i arrive the hotel they said i have no reservation, then they asked me what is my passport type when i said "R" then called someone else to check and then my visa part..... Then they need take photo copy of my passport, guess how! by iphone 5?? that was the amazing part, the business room which i booked nothing related to any of the pictures you have uploaded on your website. With entering the elevator there is a horrible smell, then enter room No# 8402 and worse smell than the elevator, that smell was coming from the WC. Small room, very old WC facilities, shower gel and shampoo expired. room service is only for towels and toothpaste package. No bed clean or change sheet. No professional staff. after my arrival few hours one of the hotel staff knocked my door and giving me condom box??
