  Agradable Hotel, Staff no tanto...

  Visité este Hotel por una convención, y nos quedaos aporbximadamnete unos 5 días. El Hotel es muy ameno, amplio en habitaciones, cómodo y limpio. Cercano al mismo están algunas plazas comerciales, y es facil acceder a transportación para visitar la ciudad prohibida y demás. Peeero: Recomiendo llevar buena dosis de paciencia y pericia en el idioma a señas, ya que casi nadie habla bien inglés! solo 1 recepcionista era fluido en el idioma, cosas tan sencillas como pedir una plancha, preguntar una dirección o agendar un pick up era complicado (y eso que algunos coplegas eran canadienses y americanos y ni ellos les entendian al personal)...afortunadmamete teniamos traductoras (por parte del congreso) que eran excelentes en su ayuda, pero sino si hubiese sido complicado... Pero en general el Hotel fue muy agradable y el desayno, si bien tiene mucho toque oriental (que es a lo que final de cuentas va uno a experiemntar por supuesto) tambien manejaba alimentos "occidentales" Pedimos de igual manera 1 masaje en el spa y la verdad es que NO NOS GUSTÓ! fuera de relajarme me senti muy adolorida y el precio vs el servicio fue de mala calidad.

  The Beginning

  We stayed at this hotel three nights at the beginning of our China/Tibet/Hong Kong trip. The room was clean, comfortable, very large and the bed was divine. The breakfast buffet was very good, except for the coffee. I would wish that at least one person on the lobby crew could speak a little English but luckily we had a guide who took care of that, The location of the hotel was really excellent and the view from my room was stunning.

  Well worth a visit!

  We had a fabulous room for 3 nights as part of our Wendy Wu tour. I say room, but it was a suite with fitted kitchen incorporating full size fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, sink. Complimentary bottled water, slippers, bathrobes, toiletries replenished daily. Most travellers in our group had similar sized rooms. Massive comfortable bed, wonderful view toward T square. No charge for safe. Good choice of Asian/Western breakfast - even baked beans one day! Foyer was most impressive but we were amused that the bar (which has a huge wall decoration/display of wine bottles) does not serve ANY alcohol, just coffee!

  Difficult to communicate with staff

  This is a well-located hotel with rooms overlooking Tiananmen Square. It is not an interesting neighborhood for strolling, and stores/restaurants are not convenient. While the hotel is satisfactory, it was frustrating to communicate with staff who spoke no English (unlike most international hotels in China). The hostess at breakfast turned us away because she didnt understand the word breakfast. The wait staff didnt understand water. We tried to order supper from a menu given to us in the restaurant and the waiter took it back and said no food. It wasnt hospitable.

  nice stay

  It's a very nice stay at Huabin and the Receptionist was very nice. All staff was always the best reason for me to choose Huabin Hotel every time. Thanks a bunch for the management team's support and every colleagues' effort to give us the satisfactory stay experience Especially, there's a boy named Jack Liu from the hotel mngmt. Providing us excellent service and help us with a lot of good suggestion. I will come back.There is only one flaw of a bit expensive. Very easy to find place to eat and the traffic is convenient
