  Worst, incompetent staff ever, old smelly furnitures, never again.

  On the photos there are only new, renovated rooms, but I was located in very old room with smelly furnitures, dirty carpet, dirty bathroom. In the same price!!! The hotel was full, so no chance for a change... The hotel was built many years ago and you can tell that. I wanted to stay 5 nights, but the staff informed me that there is no possibility to book for the last night. My company payed for the four nights in advance. When I arrived they told me that there is also a room for the last night and that they will arrange everything with my company. I asked, if they are sure, that maybe I should arrange sth, but they denied. BUT when I was in hurry leaving for a train, then suddenly wanted me to pay. 230 PLN for a night in a smelly room from my own money. Never again in this hotel, and I will certainly advise in my company not to reserve there anything.

  When there is no better option

  It's old. It may be really interesting to stay at this place if you miss late 80' and 90'. It was pretty adorable to see all this stuff but it's not really comfortable. Really bad bed - noisy with every move you make. Bath and sink - in terrible state, but to be fair - everything is clean. Hotel room is really nice equipted: coffee corner, hair dryer, wi-fi. Rooms are quite big as for 3 star hotel. We didn't like mess during Sunday breakfast (we had early breakfast on Saturday and it was calm). Food is ok. Good coffee. Reception was polite. Parking is big enough and free.

  SOME IMPROVEMENT REQUIRED

  It is my second time here, and have to say that this time I have noticed some remarkable shortcoming, unfortunately for me. The interior of the room was looking aged, but still ok, and the cleaning level was good. Quite ok the essential complimentary bottle of water that any traveler like to have upon arrival. The main unacceptable point is the mattress, which in my opinion (room 124) was quite aged and in need of replacement: the main mission of any hotel is to provide rest and unfortunately I didn't sleep well, mostly for the mattress. The second point is the sound (un)proof windows: the window is provided with a double glazing unit, but it is remarkably old, and you can notice it from the steam in the IG unit; may I suggest in case of renovation the use of a new IG unit with laminated glass in the street side. Since five o' clock in the morning, I have started to feel the noise of the cars and trucks, and this was really annoying. The third point is the klima control, entrusted to an american conditioning unit looking like from the '80s, probably not really the best energy saving solution. The fourth point is the shower door is leaking water everywhere, in the restroom: the floor was completely wet, and maybe some rearranging in this point would be appreciated. The breakfast is OK, for presentaion and quality, however one might prefer larger dishes; the small diameter ones might be good for dessert, unlike for a continental breakfast. The registration and checkout procedures were swift and cordially carried out, the staff is good. If I summarize, I think that the sum I paid exceed by 33% at least the given value, therefore, inspite the good location, good staff and good breakfast, during my next stay in Olsztyn I might prefer some other place.

  El más cómodo y mejor de la zona

  Una excelente opción de hospedaje después de haber estado en 3 hoteles de la zona, muy cómodo, amplio, limpio, moderno, amables, con aire acondicionado, buen restaurante y la Relación precio calidad aceptable.

  Average

  I was dissapointed - bathroom should be renovated. Beds are terrible. Not clean. Breakfasts are ok. One thing is very good - there is beautifull garden around the hotel. But if you are in business you cant use it - I dont recommend this hotel.
