  One Night in St Annes

  Hotle was lovely very warm welcome. Rooms were spotless and well designed with everything you need. Breakfst was really nice. Really good position for Bars and Restaurants . Over all a very nice night at Howarth House.

  Fabulous Find

  Everything you need for an interesting and comfortable stay. Great welcome. Quirky and fun decor. Fully kitted out room. Pristine cleaning. Good breakfast menu. I only had a coffee and toast (not a morning breakfaster!) but even the coffee was real coffee ....perfect location to stroll to wood street where most of the restaurants are. Or just across the road to the promenade and seafront. Great value and more homely than the minimalist black plastic which seems to be fitted in too many places these days. Definitely a return visit on my radar soon

  Just wow!

  Booked for an overnight stay for my daughters birthday with an 18 month old. Very warm welcome, beautiful entrance hall, the rooms are enchanting, the ladies made us feel very welcome with extra special touches for my daughter, flowers, chocolates and a champagne breakfast! Nothing was too much trouble but done in a natural and heartfelt way, breakfast was lovely the rooms very clean and comfortable with a quirky edge which we loved..definitely recommend.

  Worth a visit

  Spent one night in Howarth House. A good old fashioned and hospitable welcome as soon as we arrived. The house is very well furnished and very clean with a lot of character. The room was small but adequate and again the furnishings were beautiful. There were plenty of radiators so the room kept warm and electric heaters were available if needed. The hotel is dog friendly and as such we were able to bring her into breakfast with us but we were seated away from other non dog guests to allow them to also eat comfortably. The breakfast was tasty and freshly made with a good selection of options. We were not rushed to leave the table once we had finished, instead offered more tea so we could carry on chatting. Masks we worn by both staff and other guests do felt safe. There were wipes and hand sanitiser in the corridors should you feel the need to wipe down the bedroom before you entered. All in all a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

  Exceeded my expectations

  From entrance to exit our experience was perfect. The host was on hand, polite, helpful and the most brilliant cook. Not sure where you source your raw ingredients from but 10 out of 10. Sleep came naturally to the 4 of us that stayed the most comfiest beds and very cosy.
