  Bad Management!!

  This Hotel seemed to be managed by Hoodlums, this franchise is a shame to the name of Howard Johnson. They practice forgery and alterations of bills, they are after the unsuspecting guest foreign or local, the service is bad there are so many flies and mosquitoes, the simple salt and pepper dispenser is a pain, you can end up ruining your meal, because if you put some salt in your food all of the salt in the dispenser will go to your food. However the Philippine band is really good, but most of the guest are Chinese and they don't understand music anyway. I befriended the band and like I suspect they are mistreated also. they said they add questionable bills and alteration of the contract! As a foreigner I will never go back to this hotel again, Bad service, floor is leaking when it rains and sly management, This hotel has no class whatsoever. Very bad hotel!

  Nice Atmosphere, Helpful staff

  When I read the comments here about this Hotel I was about to cancel my reservation there, but I told myself let's try it. Maybe I can have a different experience which indeed it was. The staff was very nice and helpful despite I had a lot of problem to communicate with them in English language but they tried a lot be helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast and dinner buffet was perfect. The room prices was very cheap and I paid around 50 US$ for such Hotel due to promotion provided by the management. I will stay in this Hotel again.

  Magnificent Hotel.Higly recomended

  Very confortable room and Very helpfull staf.Brend new Hotel. was Very happy with Hotel for my business Travel.when i came to nanyang i was worry abouth This Hotel.i like Hotel and it is very closed to AirPort.brekfast was Very good.staff Very helpfull and always smileing.highly recomended.   Not a typical Howard Johnson!!

  Is not what you are expecting when the hotel confirmation from the agency comes back saying that you will stay in a HJ! The facility si well above chain standards. Rooms are oversize (as I learned is the standard in China) I will consider it a full 4stars. Room very confortable, bathroom as well. TV offering very limited for english speakers and non existence for the languages. Restaurants, once again, after you understand the cultural differences, are standard (it was my first time in China). Is NOT a tourists hotels, very limited english speaking staff. NO INTERNATIONAL meals in the menu!!
