  Enjoyable

  Very comfortable place to stay in a quiet location. Room was spacious and hotel had everything one would need. Staff were friendly and professional, especially Lydia who was always willing to help for any matters. Recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Zhuji.

  Most upsetting experience

  Booked my three night stay using this site (Travelocity) which connected me to Expedia.com paid for my reservation in advance. Once I arrived to the hotel I was told there was no reservation under my name. I showed to them my reservation confirmation and yet they insisted there was no reservation. Personnel at the reception for not speak English (hotel not recommended for business travel) they decided to ignore me. I kept asking for service. Someone came that spoke a bit of English and told me that, if I wanted to stay to pay for a room. I gave them my card and got a room. The next day a lady that spoke English said everything was fine now and I would not be charged. On the third day when I checked out they presented me with a bill for my stay. They did charge my card. The lady that spoke English was three. I reminded her what she has said the day before. I found out she does not speak Chinese so she is actually useless for this issue. I will never go back to that hotel again. I called Expedia. They put me on hold for 38 minutes, someone picked up the phone and hang up. I was sorry I used this site to make my reservation.

  Comfortable stay

  Stayed here for a business trip, happy to return to this hotel after a long day of work. Room was nice, I recommend booking the room type with the balcony. My room had a nice balcony overlooking the garden and mountains. Service was good; the foreign manager made sure everything was well throughout my stay.

  Nice hotel

  I was here for business meetings. Reservations were made for me by a third party. When I arrived check-in was fast. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and serviced. The bed was excellent and the room was very clean and well maintained. WiFi and internet worked fine and were free. I had a balcony, which was nice to step out and enjoy the scenery. The location was quieteven serine. Theres virtually no traffic around the immediate area. I would recommend this hotel to any traveling to Zhuji.

  In very remote area, still under construction

  I chose this hotel because it is claimed no.1 in Zhuji (according to this web), however, when I went there, very much disappointed. Hotel is still under construction. Main elevator was closed and we have to use service elevator to reach our hotel. Room is ok, but location is very bad, in the middle of nowhere.
