  Worst hotel ever!

  To start off this was the worst experience ever. I am a visually impaired woman when I first checked in they were not acceptive to my disability they would not assist me as I needed to be assisted also the tendent who checked me in was very rude and disrespectful the room that he put me in was disgusting and dirty next door to me we're prostitutes that constantly had men coming in and out of their room all night the noise was unbearable the entire floor was very Rowdy with a lot of people making a horrendous amount of noise and even though I complained the hotel would not assist me and I had no other choice but to stay there because they would not returned my money. I have filed a complaint with corporate and they still have not helped me. Don't waste your time here they do not care.

  This hotel was a dump! In the middle of one of the worse housing projects in the USA! Brownsville projects is across the street and thought I was gonna get shot because my boyfriend was wearing blue shoes and the crips were standing across the street! Not to mention the "No Prostition" sign as soon as we walked and the check-in guy behind bullet proof glass. I do not recommend this hotel, not even to my worst enemy!!!!!!!!!!!

  Horrible Area

  Great place for a one night stay. Clean and close to JFK with shuttle service. Not the best area to walk around but it was just fine for a stay to catch a flight the following day. Only issue was the price was a bit much for the ammities. Brekfat was sub-par and could use improvement.

  Not terrible but pretty poor

  I booked this online and when I arrived it was a very small place with a very small room like a box. There was no blanket just sheets and the mirrors were not clean. No porn was available either (if you liked that ) .

  False advertising

  Not only was the room only big enough to fit my queen size bed, everytime i left and came back a piece of furniture was missing, first my make shift ottamon (chair), then my piece of night stand was removed. The explaination I received was" we are closing soon". Then there was no breakfast, the clerk told me we dont do that and told me where to go buy something, even though the room was advertised to have a continental breakfast included with a queen size room with a desk and chair. The only thing honored was the bed size. Never again.
