  Great Studio Flat in the City Centre

  Excellent studio flat in the centre of town! Not a hotel, but apart-hotel - your own flat/apartment with all the amenities. Easy instructions on checking-in/out, plus extras to welcome me: snacks & beverages plus toiletries; fully operating fridge, washer, dishwasher, free wi-fi, sky tv & closet safe makes for a comfortable, convenient & secure stay in Basingstoke. The property is adjacent to a large shopping centre with shops, supermarkets and restaurants, plus greengrocer market almost at your doorstep on the weekends, and a short walk from public transportation with train, buses and taxi cab service.

  perfect central location as the name suggets

  booking was easy and the telephone staff very helpful and accommodating. the only let down was from booking.com lacking in information regarding paying before arrival as self check-in. otherwise, apartment was clean, new and smart. slightly smaller than photos led to portray but that's wide angle lenses for you. would recommend the company and the apartment. very secure key code locked building and apartment. very professional set up throughout.

  Business Trip to Basingstoke

  Struggled to find hotel for central Basingstoke. Found these apartments as a last minute alternative... great surprise. Fantastic spot, right in the town centre.Well appointed and maintained apartment, easy access via codes for front door and apartment keys."Loads of room" ... I rattled around on my own

  Great alternative to hotels

  Really nice well equipped comfortable apartment. Good location; central but not too noisy. Good value and much more relaxed than a hotel. Plenty of places to eat & drink nearby (I can recommend the Japanese restaurant next to the entrance.

  Great service and stay, modern appartments, recommend

  I am staying in the deluxe apartment. It has been a great experience - very nice and supportive guest services on check-in, well presented modern apartment with all that one may need - towels, cooking utensils, bedsheets etc. There is breakfast muesli and tea/coffee as part of the welcome. The location is very handy - in the town centre - a short walk from the shopping centre and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Basingstoke.
