  Best Mattress of in my life!

  I never heard about this hotel before today. I spent one night and the hotel is amazing! The room is fantastic. One of the best things (beside the mattress) is the view of the restaurant in the 60th floor!

  Dont waste your time and money here!

  This hotel staff is a joke, management is non existing, they hustle you for money when seeing you are a foreigner, no one at the property speaks any other language than Chinese, but yet they catered to foreigners ( just a way to make more money).The hotel staff lacks experience, and knowledge of the hospitality industry, I booked a executive club room, was told club had drinks from 6pm to 10pm, I arrived at 7pm at the club lounge and was turned away because they did not understood me, it was easy to say they were not serving, (not serving foreigners as Chinese people were there drinking). They advertise a Spa in the 3rd floor of the hotel which caters to business Man if you know what I mean, very unprofessional and disgusting. This property is not even close to a 3 star hotel. If you you ever come to Yixing for business dont ever stay at this hotel, you will regret it.

  STRIKINGLY INVITING

  An edifice of consequence that stood out on its own. The view from the 50th floor overlooking the immediate skyline was very striking; especially the maze of looped roads, cross sections and quality of construction of both roads and buildings alike. For a first time visitor the hotel in its layout, the service provided and its decor displayed style. A visit to remember.

  Nice stay

  First time at this hotel. The staff was nice. Great room, suite, carpet is real nice and soft, room very clean, The shower has real nice features that I have never seen for different sprays in the rain-forest shower overhead. Instant hot water. Bed is real big but just a little too soft for me. Nice desk area to work at. The buffet was all Chinese, no omelets, bread has small selection but very nice views from the 60th floor. Room service menu is bad only 5 set selections. Not sure on what is around the area.

  Smartours China

  what an amazing trip Used Smartours for the first time to China in 2018 Did China and Hong Kong Amazing tour guide Oskar He gave us a great overview of the entire country Spoke perfect English The hotels were amazing and food was delicious Saw the pandas Did the Yangtze river cruise Hong Kong was a beautiful city and we had sufficient time to see it on our own Smartours did a great job Looking forward to our next trip to Morocco with them
