  Centrally located

  Price performance of this hotel in northern Sweden is not appreciated. We paid SEK1095:- and had to pay up-front when we arrived. We got a minimal double room with a look from the 1970-80's. The only positive about this hotel is the location, centrally in Östersund and small breakfast was included and that the people in the reception were kind.

  Friendly, personal hotel with onsite secure parking.

  This hotel has secure, private parking that is readily accessible although, the front of the hotel is in a restricted pedestrian area. This hotel's team is very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is in a central location. It's easy to walk round the town and take in its sights including a ski slope and an old town museum. A wide choice of restaurants are nearby and there's also a shopping mall (for those so inclined!). I'd not hesitate to use Hotell Zata again.

  In the middle of the city

  Stayed here for one night in June 2018. Entrance to the hotel is from the shopping street in the middle of the city centre. If you arrive by car you cannot drive to the front door. Parking is done in an underground garage (at an extra cost) or in the streets. Hotel is old and worn, but has a strange charm to it. It is clean and sleep quality was great. Breakfast has got a home made feel to it. Simple but good. Very cental location, with lots of shops, restaurants and a cinema across the street!

  Very helpful

  Could not have been more helpful and accomodating when our flight home was cancelled and we needed a room for the night. Thank you for helping to arrange our transfer back to the airport. Room is warm, clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

  Very helpful owners at this good value hotel.

  We booked this hotel at very short notice when our flight was delayed overnight due to storm Ciara. The owners couldnt have been more helpful. They arranged an early 6.00 breakfast which was magnificent. More importantly they organised a bus to transport us back to the airport to catch our flight the next day. The hotel was good value, clean and warm. It made what could have been a miserable experience quite pleasant. Thank you so much.
