  Simple Cheap

  Easy location just off the motorway. Lots of places (chains) to eat nearby and supermarket across the road to fill up the car. Clean, very cheap and easy. Free parking and breakfast for 3 euros. Coffee good.

  Basic stop over

  We used this hotel during a stopover while travelling from England to the south of France. It is very basic, as expected, a bit like camping in a small box room, however the room and communal areas were clean. We didn't get the best nights sleep as people were coming and going all night. The hotel is in a commercial area so there are plenty of places to eat nearby. We thought the American Diner next door was very good for a family meal.

  Refuge camp

  Our stay was terrible, the place looked more like a refugee camp. On the fence all around the hotel there were clothes drying. On every windowsill and hallway there were shoes and pots and pans, in the yard there was an improvised kitchen on wooden pallets. People were really living there with big families in one room. The whole place was dirty and noisy. Cigaretbuts everywere. I understand that the peoples who stayed there probably don't have many other options. But it felt more like a getto then a hotel. And I am sure that the managment could make arangements to avoid this. The place gave us an unsafe feeling because we need a hotel to be quiet, nice and sereen.

  You get what you pay for!

  This hotel was only 25 euro for a triple room-perfect as a stopover point en route from England to the Alps. The hotel is on an industrial estate very near the autoroute but was surprisingly quiet. Parking is free. There was a french receptionist. The room was a bit dirty and the window blind hook was broken so we had to tie it with string (our french is not good enough to ask someone to come and fix it!). The mattress was thin but we had a good night's sleep. It generally smelled a bit of smoke; the shared toilets were fine, we didn't use the showers. McDonald's is 5 mins walk, there are other places to eat and the supermarket L'Eclerc is across the road. In summary, it was fine, you get what you pay for!

  even not worth its cheap price...

  clearly a solution to use if no other hotel is available or when you are in cash drain... Everything is less than basic in this hotel. Though, the rooms were clean and WiFi was working. Prefer B&B Hotels which offer much more for a few more EUR !
