  Good Value

  A standard hotel, good and friendly service. The rooms are no frills, but comfortable and clean - some rooms have balcony access for the warm evenings. Outside the hotel can be noisy early morning and late evening due to the traffic, but there is nothing the hotel can do about that. The single rooms can be a little bit cramped and sometimes you can hear the person in the room next to you, but for one or two nights it is excellent value at under 70 euro inc breakfast. Wifi is available at a charge (but not easy to use). Food in the restaurant in the evening is good and average priced (it is one of the very few hotels in the village that serve food in the evening). Breakfast is an excellent selection of cereal, meats, cheese, jams, breads and eggs. I always stay here when in Alzenau (at least 2 nights a month for the last year)

  Basic yet clean and with helpful staff

  All of the hotels in Alzenau are quite basic, so there isn't much you can expect. This one has a very good location close to the main square, and even though the room is quite basic, Internet was good, breakfast was quite complete and the staff was very helpful.

  Fantastic little hotel with lovely staff

  Stayed here on a recent business trip to Frankfurt. I was unwilling to pay central Frankfurt hotel prices for my visit to the International Book Fair. Whilst the drive took me around 45 minutes into Frankfurt I think this was the only drawback. Accommodation at this 3 star hotel was Fantastic. Very Clean rooms, Very friendly staff!, Excellent bar/restaurant and really nice continental breakfast. Will definitely stay here again! Great facilities in a good sized room, with flatscreen tv and excellent internet access. Can't recommend highly enough for the price paid this was Outstanding Value.

  Perfect place for seeing lesser known parts of Bavaria

  I stayed in the hotel with relatives on a quick trip to lower Franconia. Our rooms were spacious, clean and bright. The owner was very friendly and helpful with all questions about the area, including the current flower show which is covering some pretty good area in town. Breakfast was very opulent and good. We were very happy to have found this place. Going to Frankfurt took us less than an hour, and other very special places in Hesse were in easy reach.

  Warm welcome and lovely food

  We stayed for 2 nights while searching for our new home. The rooms are clean and tidy and we had a tasty meal one evening. The staff gave us a warm welcome on our arrival and were helpful throughout our stay. Well positioned for a short walk into town. Definitely recommend this hotel.
