  Lovely hotel

  Cosy and clean rooms, delicious food for both breakfast and dinner, nice spa facilities and spa treatments, close to the beach. We had a great experience as a couple and would definitely stay at the hotel again

  Nice hotel with excellent restaurant!

  Renovated rooms, clean and a freiendly staff. We slept well and ate well, and had a short distance to the promenad end beach. The restaurant was the best part of the hotel, dinner was perfect and the breakfast buffet was the best we saw at our Germanytrip. The bathroom was a disappointment, so small that we had to open the door to get some space. The wifi was not working properly in the room, we had to use it down in the restaurant.

  "cosy and clean" means small and basic

  Unimpressed from the moment I entered the front door. The more I struggled with the door and my luggage, the more the employee at the reception desk looked the other way. Décor is new but looks cheap. The rooms are small with a little balcony. The bed was 2 twins pushed together, 1 was rock hard, the other was so soft it was hammock-like. Both prevented a decent sleep. To make it worse, there was no AC so in hot weather, you must sleep with the balcony door open, which is noisy from traffic. Location is a block off the beachfront hotels which is fine but the road is busy. Toiletries are meager. The washroom was so tiny, The small wash basin had little room to put any items yet actually protruded into the tub, the washroom is that tiny - 2 people can't stand in it at the same time. Have to wonder why they didnt just put in a shower instead of a tub. Small indoor pool is somewhat pointless. The included breakfast buffet is excellent with everything you could want including made to order eggs. It is probably what you are paying for as 200euro/night (even at the end of high season) is poor value for this basic hotel, service, and location. To park add $15euro. If it wasn't for the steep price, I'd still only give this "average".

  Muy bonita

  la habitación es bastante amplia. El cuarto de baño muy pequeño.La moqueta va siendo hora que la cambien.La zona es muy tranquila .Está en segund linea de playa. el personal muy agradable,sobre todo en el comedor, en espacial una joven que esta aprediedo,llamada Marta Sirko

  basic hotel, poor customer service

  Travelling from outside of Germany, one of the reason we picked this hotel was the advertising of wifi (or wlan). The service did not work at all in the room, barely in the lobby. We addressed the issue with the service team immediately who did not put a lot of effort into getting it fixed. First, they ignored the fact that the problems existed. Later, they told us that they had changed the provider who apparently had confirmed problems but did not fix them. In addition, the room itself was basic; the bathroom very tiny. One person barely fit. I guess this is the reason why the hotel does not post any pictures of their bathrooms. You get an initial set of toiletries like an amenity kit which is not restocked. Parking is challenging. They have some free parking spots and some with a daily fee. The total number is too small to accommodate all guests. As alternative options, the staff suggested two free parking lots which are each about 800 m away from the hotel. Breakfast was included. It was average; nothing too special to be pointed out.
