  Property is nice, usally no problems staying here, however it seems that the local staff is playing games with money laundering or fraude. The food and beverage director, front desk staff and acconting department swiped my banking information and won't release the funds. BAD VERY BAD.

  DO NOT BOOK.

  DO NOT BOOK THIS FILTHY HOTEL!!!! I booked through Priceline and they have this hotel rated as a 4 star. The hotel is a 2.5 star at best. As soon as I entered my room it was clear it was not a 4star. The vents for the heating system and the vents in the bathroom had caked-up dirt I was afraid to breath. It was as if the hotel rooms are not being cleaned at all. They advertise the bidet as a great additive but the toilets' where filthy with poo stains. The smell that emitted from the toilets where sickening. I dreaded having to use the bathroom. The icing on the cake was the guest the hotel chose to stay in the room next to us. They had a party and the noise kept my husband and I up most of the night and when we finally got sleep we where awakened by the same guest screaming at each other threatening to call the cops. It appeared they where prostitutes. The hotel is a huge hotel they could have placed those kinds of guest away from the other guest. There is also construction going on on part of the hotel. With everything that my husband and I have experienced I would have been ok but I cannot take filth. Given the COVID epidemic it appears that the hotel rooms are not being cleaned properly after the guest leave. I would not recommend booking this hotel at all, you are better off staying at a motel.

  I stopped here for a short business meeting, did not even stay in a room but I would never ever book here after seeing the conditions. The toilets in the restroom were overflowing and THE POOL WAS OVERFLOWING!!!! What the actual........ Do not stay here!

  Disgusted!

  Im flabbergasted how much this hotel has changed within the course of 2 years. I honestly am not sure if it has anything to due with Covid -19 or not. This is my 4th time selecting and staying at this hotel with my husband while on travel for Buisness. Our first time there was very pleasant. 2nd, 3rd time things were off but this time... oh my! How disgusting and terrible. The parking lot is filthy with garbage and debris from disgusting people who eat in their car and just litter. The hotel carpet smells so bad. Front desk staff is as dry as a prune. Wasnt greeted during this last trip, was literally asked for my credit card and ID. I wasnt even welcomed nor was my name requested. Lobby wasnt full. We were given our room on 10th floor... we always get a 10th floor room. The entire floor smelled like marijuana, our door has vomit stains, the room was dirty, messy, dry white spots all over bed shams, bathroom had vomit remains on wall decor. It was disgusting!! And the hall way at 330pm was filled with dirty sheets on the floor. We called front desk. Despite no warm welcoming to APA front desk changed our room with no question and addressed the matter promptly and professionally. I must be honest. We were given a 9th floor room. The room also smelled like marijuana and the residing neighbors were so scary and shady looking. We imagined why the unit smelled like marijuana. We stepped out for dinner came back to find nothing but fools hanging out in the front lobby parking getting high with marijuana In their car. While walking into hotel as a woman I didnt feel safe, there was a guy high as heck sitting in the back seat asking me if I needed company although my husband was walking right behind me. I dont know what kind of class people are staying at this hotel. This will be our last time staying at this hotel. Its dirty. Smells. Shady people walking around. Obviously invested with drugs and who knows what else.

  My Favorite Hotel!!

  I stay at the APA hotel at least once every month. It's easy accessible to the mall, restaurants, etc. which is a plus. Before I talk about the room, I must talk about the front desk service which is absolutely wonderful. I am always greeted by Barbara, who is courteous and very sweet. I recently had an issue with my booking information through a third party site, and Barbara helped resolve my issue which definitely had me stressed out. Now the room... There is an actual bidet in the bathroom! You read correctly- a bidet! The bathroom (which is my favorite room) was spotless and the room overall was clean and comfortable. Its also great that they provide a fridge. I really enjoy staying at this hotel and I suggest everyone nearby or traveling to visit. Trust me, you wont be disappointed! Ashlee
