  Clean and very nice business hotel

  I was at jeju for business and stayed at hotel with jeju for five nights. It is a very quaint hotel and very very clean. The rooms are very nice and simple. The breakfast place is on the 2nd floor. If you dont have breakfast included you can just pay 11,000 WON for it and the breakfast changes daily so you can see the different types. Outside if you head to your right out of the hotel and walk about five mins there is a duty free shop with a lot of food places. Overall a nice hotel and very cheap I mind as well. Only about 11 mins from the airport as well!

  Disappointed stay

  Good intention that the hotel wants to be eco-friendly, so they do not provide one-time use daily necessity like disposable toothbrush. Appreciate if this can be highlighted when we make the booking. Had to go nearby shop to buy. For a 4-star hotel, the bathroom is too small. Also, we can see strands of hair on the hand-wash basin and on the soap tray (unopened). Cleanliness could be better. Aircon will automatically switched off if you set a temperature higher than the current room temperature. It's a lil cold for my family. Unable to adjust the swing as well. Happy that the breakfast buffet made up for the day

  Good location, valet parking service

  Spent 1 night in this hotel, booked here as it is near to Lotte Mart - approx. 10 minutes walking distance. It also has free parkings available, you can leave your car at the drop off area, valet will take care of your car without extra fees. I don't suggest to look for the parking area on your own as it's pretty hard to find the parking entrance, just let the valet do the job. Room is clean but the bathroom is very small. There is no hooks for you to hang your used/clean clothes, you have to leave your clothes outside the bathroom. It came to our surprise that aircond is not available during our stay, we called the frontdesk and they told us they had shut down all airconds centrally as this season does not require aircond. Though it's autumn, it is not that cold (temperature that night was around 15°C) and we still need aircond indoor! We were forced to open the window all night (there is only 1 window) as the room was too stuffy. No fan was provided too. Some of us were not able to have a good sleep because of this. Overall it is a decent hotel except the aircond part, think twice before booking if you plan to come during autumn/winter.

  Good location in jeju city

  Hotel is near to the airport. Cleanliness can be improve. Hotel feels a bit old. Aircon will automatically switched off. Parking space is quite difficult to find. The staff can speak mandarin and english too.

  Great stay

  It was a nice hotel in a great location. Got a top floor room as requested and the room was great and comfortable. It's close from supermarkets and restaurants so it was very convenient. Overall Jeju was quiet due to the virus but the whole island Jeju was beautiful and this hotel provided just what we needed.
