Are you kidding??Clean room, but two singles squeezed into a single room. For two people this room was far from comfortable and at 17,000 yen a night was in my opinion outrageous even by Tokyo standards. If you have luggage, it will be a real tight fit in the room. Theres no room to open you luggage to get stuff out for the evening. Lucky we were there for only 1 night. The Japanese would classify this as a business hotel. Still costly at best.

The staff and the location made this an awesome hotel! This was our first time to go to Japan and we were just trying to search a hotel that was affordable and had a nice location. Lucky enough, we found this wonderful hotel. Our room was had the tatami bed. We stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days. It's near the train station and has a Family Mart across where we can buy our lunch/dinner or snacks if we don't want to eat out. During our 2nd day, my daughter got sick and Chen in the reception and the other staff helped us looked for a doctor who can speak English. They also helped us get a cab going to the doctor's clinic. They even showed us where the nearest pharmacy is to buy the medicine. I would like to commend Chen and her other colleagues for being so concerned and helpful to us during that time. As you know, trains in Japan are kinda complicated so we always asked for directions at the reception and they always have a map available and instructions on how to reach a specific location. They also have an instruction on how we can go back to Narita airport the most convenient way. They offer free snacks for breakfast which comprise of bread and juice which was okay since not all hotels offer free breakfast. We also love their body wash, shampoo & conditioner. The hotel is also just a walking distance to Senso-ji Temple were there are plenty of shops for food & souvenirs. It's also near ROX mall and Don Quixote mall which is open 24 hours. Because of the service that we received at this hotel. we would definitely go back and stay at this hotel again.

Very nice & cozy hotelThe view from the roofdeck was amazing. Overlooking the tokyo skytree! So beautiful. Our stay here was great. The hotel was conveniently located near asakusa station. Rooms are nice & clean. The bathrooms are a little small but good enough for us. They provided us with light breakfast of yummy bread & juice. Also a served breakfast which we availed at nearby denny's reastaurant. The staff were very courteous & attentive. They even helped us get a taxi outside when we checked out. We had a memorable vacation in tokyo. We would definitely stay here again.

The business class airline bathroom was almost as large as the entire room and bathroom at WING HOTELtThe location was great, easy access to the metro. However, the hotel itself, a ripoff for what you get. I paid $US180 for a room , smaller than a closet, seriously. It was two of us and we had to take turns opening our luggage on top of both single beds tucked together. The bathroom probably about 1m2 was incredibly difficult to get in and out. There is no lobby, other than a small counter where you checkin and out, sort of like a hostel... sol if SIZE MATTERS, I would stay away from this property. I am sure for 180 us$, there is got to be a better option.
