  Highly recommend hotel...

  Best chouce, One of the best hotel in city. Excellent Hotel, Good Location, Clean, and Spacious rooms. Pure air, Food quality is awesome, food is slightly expensive but worth when compared with taste... highly recommend. Requested for late checkout and they politely allowed up to 1 PM. Thanks...

  Needs Attention...

  A fine dining experience with a plethora of dishes from around the world. A foodies delight and an exploration for a neophyte. Some areas of the hotel needs sprucing up especially within the rooms. Faucets and other fixtures need immediate attention.

  Fine Dining at 7 West in Hotel Western Court Panchkula, India

  We had visited 7 West Restaurant of Hotel Western Court in Panchkula on 21st September 2019 with friends for dinner. Since we had done prior booking a table for 4 was earmarked for us. We were well received and very courteously guided to our table. The ambience was inviting, a crooner was rendering old Hindi numbers melodiously and the place was full of people of all ages. The drinks we ordered were accompanied with complimentary munchies. While we were enjoying our drinks, the non-veg platter we ordered was served with a large variety of piping hot sumptuous and delectable kebabs. In the main course we ordered Butter Chicken Boneless and Chicken Keema Naans which were nicely flavoured and out of this world. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner which was followed by aromatic sweet Paans. Overall an excellent experience as the ambience was mesmerising,service very prompt, drinks heady and the food delectable. I would recommend the 7 West Restaurant for party with family and friends.

  Zero Hospitality!

  In all fairness the location of the hotel is good, and the building is renovated well enough to hide all the old equipment (see clogged shower and water jets, non functional lights, broken buttons) that's it... the good part stops there! Coming to the actuality - they are in the hospitality business and they don't know what hospitality is! their check out time is 12 noon, and these guys started sending people at 11:30 to check us out - three different ppl came in between 11:30 to 12 to check us out. 100% advance policy, and no outside food in rooms policy felt nothing short of dictatorship - what if i tell you that your food is crap, i would prefer to have it from someplace better? The manager is the rudest i have ever co e across, he did not stop sending people even when i told him i will pay for the next day if i get late in checking out. Having to bear this with a 18 month old, and my wife was an ordeal. oh, i forgot to mention (if you would still like to experience their hospitality) go with a pre booking, else they will overcharge at will.. i paid 3800 for the room that was showing 2900/- online (including BF). WORST STAY EVER, DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

  Excellent hotel to stay

  Stay at Wester court panchkula was awesome. Rooms were clean and spacious. A very cooperative staff and the manager Mr Yogesh was careful enough to meet all the expectations. I strongly recommend the hotel for family/friends stay.
