  Very nice and modern hotel

  This hotel is very comfortable with a restaurant and bakery inside. There is a dining area, bar, and lounge/library area which is very comfortable. The rooms are modern and larger than the usual room in European hotels. There is really nothing around walking distance, but you can get everything you need at the hotel.

  Terrible night

  I woke up at 4.30am in the morning, I got my flight at 6am from London to Frankfurt, went to work in Neu-Isenburg, had all day meetings followed by team dinner which was just as intense as the meetings I had day. Outside is 38 degrees, the air is thick, the exhaustion is real, all you want to do is take a share and resign to your bedroom. The Wessenger that day was not my safe heaven. I got a room without an AC. When I ask whetherI can get a different one, the answer was - there are no other rooms. When I asked whether I can cancel and go to a different hotel, the answer was talk to whoever I booked the room with. Exhausted from the travel and the day, I just gave up, had no energy to do anything. In the morning though, I was somehow charged for a bowl of yoghurt and a cup of coffee 13. For business travel, I would dismiss this hotel 100%. There are other hotels in NIB who do not have the beautiful restaurant, the chocolates in the window showcased as a tourist attraction or the gym and pool facilities BUT they are functional, to the point and real customer service that is there because all they want is for you to have a good rest!!! Thats all you want out of a business trip.

  My go to place

  When I need a break, go on a date night, meet with friends, work or meetings. This is my go to place. The service is good, the food is food, the cakes are exceptional and the atmosphere is relaxing. I highly recommend this place. One thing I would like to mention is: there are times when staff is fluctuating very much and new people are confused in the beginning. I would suggest to keep the current service staff. They are very friendly, however I would recommend to improve the staffs English.

  Hotel with a patisserie twist!

  During our stay, we learned that this hotel is owned by a family with a long tradition in the local bakery and patisserie business. The reception desk is in the entrance to what is also a very popular patisserie shop, cafe and restaurant which combined to provide a very pleasant surprise upon our arrival. Indeed, during our stay, we invited family and friends who live in Neu Isenburg to join us at the hotel for pastries and drinks - not something we would normally do when staying at most hotels within this price bracket. The staff were attentive/pleasant and our room was very comfortable. The hotel is not in the town centre but is opposite a large managed forest which is popular for walking, cycling, running etc. The only reason I havent listed this hotel as excellent is down to the fact there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom. Also, whilst the buffet breakfast was excellent, there is no option for English breakfast tea among the various types of tea available.

  Excellent

  I had a fantastic stay. Clean and comfortable room. Free wifi available. Amazing staff - very friendly. The restaurant food quality, menu options and service were top notch. Their cakes, pastries and chocolates were superb!
