  BRILLIANT VIEW

  room is basic but reflects the price paid... Michael the bar man was a highlight of our stay - very helpful and friendly always smiling! lady who covered the nights on reception (didnt catch her name) again very very helpful with directions and things to do The view from our room was brilliant as shown in the picture. Breakfast has a good choice of foods to fill you up ready for your day :) Only down side is the spa for me. Very small, only 1 hot tub and not much room in the steam and sauna for more than 3/4 people. We had a rainy day so maybe we just had a busy afternoon with everyone having the same idea... the spa stopped this being a 5 star review Only 15 minute walk from the centre, easy to get to Overall great value stay! Would recommend this place to anyone

  Magical and Relaxing

  We had a 4 night trip. The views are stunning. Nice pool, loungets for those that want to relax. The hotel is a little dated, not enough plug sockets and you need an Italian adapter . But the room was perfectly adequate with good shower. Cleaning every day by friendly staff. In fact all the staff friendly helpful and fun. Nothing too much trouble. Food was excellent, buffet breakfast and pre-chosen evening meal, hot, good quality and definitely sufficient. Boat trips to Malcesine, cable car to Monte Baldo, forget the queues, its worth it. Bardoleno by boat, stunning. Day trip to Verona, 1.5 hours by car, definitely worth it. Overall we loved it here with a 15 minute walk to the port area with shops cafes, tiny pedestrian streets to explore, and beautiful houses and shops and cafes by the water. We would definitely come back but for longer. Thank for a lovely stay.

  Wonderful stay at Limone sul Garda

  I and my husband stayed 4 nights in this lovely hotel in September. We were warmly welcomed and the hotel staff was really friendly and helpful during our entire stay there, all the time they helped us in our requests and gave us good tips for spending our time. Although the hotel's furnitures and the carpets are a little bit dated but it didn't influenced our good experience, it was very suitable for us. The room itself was spacious as well as the bathroom and from the balcony we had a gorgeous view to the pool and the lake. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the centre so we could get into the town easily but in the nighttime we could relax far from the noise. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

  Disappointing experience

  We booked the room with the view on the mountains, and we were excited to stay here, but really disappointed in the end. Even though we informed the front desk in advance that this was our honeymoon, we were still given the worse room in the hotel. We didnt mind the old furniture or that the room looked a little bit rundown, but the view?! There was no view. Our room was located on the ground floor right on the extremely busy and noisy road. We went to front desk immediately and ask for a room with a mountain view we paid for We were told that the hotel is full and they are not able to change our room.The staff was extremely unhelpful and didnt even check the reservations in their computer. So during our whole stay we couldnt open window nor draw the curtains, because the road was really busy. Every morning of our vacation, we were woken up by the noise of cars and motorcycles at 6 A.M. The experience did not meet the standard of a three star hotel.

  Nice Hotel (for international standards)

  The hotel is dated though it offers very good and value-for-money services (jacuzzis, steam room and beautician). Breakfast is good but mostly addressed to an international clientele (poor choice of pastries). Rooms are dated as well and theres no bidet, which I find really unusual in an Italian hotel. All in all my experience was positive especially because of the staff, very nice, helpful and prepared to answer our questions about surroundings (restaurants, activities, places to see, etc)
