  Great! Nice friendly quick accommodating and competent hotel staff

  Fabulous place, gorgeous views of valley, kind with smiles and made me feel relaxed and happy. True of the person in the tasty ample buffet breakfast, the woman and men at the front desk and the masseuse. All very nice. Also not a cookie cutter type place. Has classic regional European style and beauty, which is what I like when I travel. Total comfort but you know you are not in the same old cliche spot Highly recommended ! If I could give 10 stars I would.

  a four star hotel without a kitchen!

  We came to this hotel through an offered wellness smartbox. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly, but you better know how to speak italian or french, which luckily was our case. The included wellness is confined to the swimming pool with some jaccuzzi seats, a waterfall and a (weak) counter current jet, plus a nice warm dry quiet room with hot pink quartz. It is nice, but limited. for all the other things you have to pay extra. The rooms are small, but clean and well equipped, well functioning WIFI, generally comfortable except for the lack of a possibility to prepare a hot drink and a very small TV placed right under the ceiling, with a very weak tinny sound. The worst was the fact that the hotel didn't kave a kitchen, nor a bar (except the minibar with the habitual exorbitant prices). Have you ever heard of a four star hotel without a kitchen? Well I didn't. Even at breakfast there is no possibility of an omelette, boiled egg etc. Everything is cold and from outside.The breakfast buffet is a sugar bomb. Sweet croissants, cakes, cereals etc.A non-sugary breakfast (which I require for medical reasons) is limited to rock-hard bread, two small slices of cheese and a few slices of meat. For fruit , there are only apples. The reason why I still give the hotel thee stars is it's cleanliness, friendly staff and good situation, otherwise I'd give a lower quote. I don't think it deserves to be a four star hotel; at the most a three star hotel.

  Short stay for Soccer Tournament

  Very nice hotel, recalling a lot the ambience of Alpine refuges, especially in the Main Hall. Good choice at breakfast and personnel very kind and available for all requests. I would not suggest the room I've been, the 103, placed at road level with the only window facing practically to the street, so forcing to keep the windows curtain closed all the time. Wi-Fi was at its full signal in all the Hotel Structure, except in the Room! At lower level there is a VERY NICE wellness area with a swimming pool immersed in a nice "cave" ambiance and a SPA area including a Roman Bath, Turkish Bath, Finnish Sauna and a Salt Room. Swimming Pool was cold, but apparently was just a temporary technical issue. I would suggest this Hotel to any kind of visitor from Family to couples and singles too!

  Excellent hotel with first class staff.

  The Paradise Hotel is a lovely hotel in the centre of Sain Vincent. We chose an upgraded room with a balcony which was very good. The hotel has a lovely pool and wellness area, as well as a treatment centre which was very good.The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

  lovely staff

  Very attentive staff, told us where to find everything we wanted including the best pizzeria ever (le bistroquet in chatillon) a ten minute walk from the hotel. Welcoming with attention to detail, comfortable beds, no noise, very nice stay.
