  Perfect holidays

  We had an amazing time at Unitral. Great feel on the corridors, beautiful and clean room, great food, excellent spa services. Staff very attending and helpful. Best part of the stay was the unlimited use of pools and steam rooms. It's a perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended

  Good experience overall

  We had a great, relaxing time at Unitral, especially at the Spa - loved the sea salt pool and fabulous treatments received! Everything else was fine as well. Clean spacious rooms, nice food, generally friendly and helpful staff. I have two negative points to mention however. Unfortunately, apart from the playroom, there is not a lot to do for small children outside of the season. From their website I was expecting some activities to be organized for kids, but there was no entertainment program for them at all. And last but not least, the extraordinary unfriendliness of the receptionist at check out left a very bad aftertaste, and will make me think twice before booking at this hotel again!

  Charming

  Stayed there last night and we had a great time thanks to the helpful staff. Checking in was faultless and the receptionist was lovely. A real credit to the hotel. The bar staff were also a great bunch. Many thanks for a good nights sleep.

  Awesome Spa

  We are from Koszalin and we are using this hotel facilities quiet often to relax and unwind. Went yesterday to their spa and it was a wonderful experience. For 49zl per person you get 3h of usage - floating pool with salt water, jacuzzi in and out the building, 4 different saunas, relaxation area with a bar (yes they serve beer and wine there!). There is no talking inside and no children allowed. At 8pm there is some kind of ritual in one of the saunas and it was pretty intense but something we never experienced before so interesting. We will definately be back as service was super nice and facilities clean and on a high level. Well done Unitral!

  Spa relaxation!

  After an extremely hectic weekend of buying building supplies, my wife and I decided to relax in our "Go to" relaxation destination - the spa at Unitral! The spa is tastefully decorated in a modern style and taken care of by amazingly friendly and helpful staff. The main attraction of this venue is the main pool, filled with salt enriched water from the Dead Sea. This is a "Quiet zone" where loud talking and swimming is not allowed. Noting more than gentle whispering and floating in the water is allowed, and personally, it's this quiet that makes the place so special. Further facilities include an outdoor jacuzzi, an indoor jacuzzi in a grotto style cave-like room, cold plunge pool and a variety of different style saunas. The only word of warning I can give is that this place can become slightly addictive. This spa has been visited several time by my wife and I over the last two years.
