  Hotel moderno y muy completo

  Nos alojamos una semana y lo disfrutamos mucho. La habitación muy amplia y con una hermosa terraza con vistas al lago. El desayuno y la cena buffet excelentes. No sólo muy abundante y variado sino también de muy buena calidad. La atención de los mozos muy cordial. Las instalaciones del hotel, las piscinas, sauna, gimnasio, impecable.

  Really NOT recommended

  The location and the possibilities of the hotel are really good. Close to Budapest, next to the lake, modern with 2 wellnesses (inside - outside). Unfortunately the staff is terrible. They are far away from a four star hotel: Impolite, often rude , untrained , unexperienced . Absolutely not guest oriented , just opposite . The food is also far from 4*. Lot of things are not working in the room. WiFi is weak. The service is restaurant is also tragedy , specially not organized efficiently for COVID rules. The hotel is too crowded Most importantly the price of the hotel is really not proportional what you get - I am not against expensive hotels - honestly I like them, because then you can have high expectations- not in this place . For the same price you can go to mala garden , close to here, which is a pearl next Balaton! Forget this hotel

  The staff were unwelcoming. The burger was a travesty. Someone should introduce them to seasoning. A dash of salt and pepper. A patty so rubbery I wondered if it had been carved out of tire. A bun so large, it could sink the Hungarian navy. A severe lack of sauce, just juice pouring out on to an empty plate. Do not forget to order the french fries. For, they will not ask. We ordered a pizza. SO DRY. So dry, could not eat it. Inedible. Un-scrumptious. We had to ask for more sauce - and they charged us for it. When we asked for a takeaway box, they simply forgot to return with the pizza. We had to go and ask for it. They "forgot" apparently. Who know's where that was fished out from. I was fuming. As for the atmosphere. The atmosphere is cold. Hushed tones. Not joy. I do not recommend eating here

  BEST HOTEL WITH A GYM AND SAUNAS

  Wellamarine has been a blessing for me during the Covid 19 Pandemia. This hotel is just at the lake side. The distance from the main train station is less than one kilometer. Internet wifi speed is excellent. There is a wide variety of restaurants around the hotel but I love the ambience, hygiene and the taste from the restaurant which is located at the lake side. The deer soup, pizzas or the ice creams are not only delicious but reasonably priced too. The gym is well equipped. I enjoyed the Gym and the saunas a lot. They have very well maintained small pools, with jacuzzi in and outdoors, nice, cosy places for relaxing and 4 kinds of different saunas to choose from.There are nice places for sunbathing, to enjoy reading, for meals with a view of the lake. The professional staff was very kind and polite. Special thanks to Dorena, Eva and Anna.

  Fake 4 Star, Over Priced, Deceiving Pictures

  If you are used to true 4 star accommodation, skip this place, it's a disguised under expensive rates but a true disaster! We Paid 800 euros for two nights at this hotel, it's comparable to a 3 star hotel at best. We left the second day because it was raining and the indoor spa is so tiny, our swimming pool is the same size at our house. When we told we are leaving early, their first response was "YOU KNOW YOU HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE RIGHT?". So rude. Untrained, young staff who were not thought how to act at a supposed 4 star hotel. The food is appalling - 2 stars at best. They had two tables where they served you food like at the school cafeteria. The selection was minuscule. The chicken under cooked. The quality horrible. Bread was dry and aged, only white available. They don't have a kids corner, or kid friendly options. It's damp and dull, there's no background music like at typical 4 star or 5 star hotels. The only positive was the sleep quality in my opinion. The room was ok, we had a 2 bedroom suite for our family of 4. The common areas are tiny and give you that cramped feeling. Overall, quite the disappointment. As frequent travelers abroad, this was by far the worst 4 star hotel we've ever been to. They'd be lucky if they received a 3 star hotel designation in a true audit. If you are a person who enjoys luxury and 4 and 5 star hotels, do not go to this hotel. I know they are taking advantage of the COVID-19 situation and ripping people off, but my goodness. The rates they are charging for the stuff you get is OUTRAGEOUS!!
