  Un trato inmejorable,y un lugar con mil cosas que hacer

  Me la pase genial,minigolf,basket,futbol,ping pong,actividades para todo el mundo,unas instalaciones impolutas y super nuevas,parque acuático enorme y piscinas cubiertas con agua caliente geniales,todos los empleados son super amables y atentos. El buffet libre es la leche,comida muy variada y super rica Recomendable al 100%

  Excellent

  If you need a couple of days to relax and to escape city crowds this is a place to go. Accomodation, pools and saunas were excellent. Hotel is very well maintained and rooms are very spaceous and clean. Everything in the hotel is very well organized. The staff is very polite and helpful. Buffet breakfast and dinner are excellent.

  Clean, convenient, a bit outdated?

  Based on a few of the other reviews, it seems that there are different parts of the hotel, as others have referenced "the new part." I guess we stayed in the old part, which was fine but just a bit outdated. The room was clean, spacious enough, had a balcony with chairs and a table, and came w/ a tote bag for our towels, slippers, and robes--perfect for the attached terme. The staff members were friendly and helpful as well, and the grounds seem well-maintained. The terme and hotel is in a nice bit of the countryside. The included buffet dinner and breakfast were totally fine, and the table service was great, but the food wasn't anything to write home about. Plenty of options, but nothing was out of this world. That's fine, though, no biggie. We didn't go for the food, and the terme was very enjoyable. Also, the bar in the lobby was closed, presumably b/c of Covid. The hotel, restaurant and pool were all quite family friendly (i.e., kid friendly); whether that's good or bad is up to you. Would stay again and would recommend for those looking to escape Zagreb (it's only about an hour away) and enjoy a terme.

  Very nice

  We stayed as a family (two adults, two children) at the Well Hotel and used their outdoor and indoor pools for the weekends of July and August 2020. Hotel Well was built a few years ago and is one of the freshly equipped hotels in continental Croatia. The stay in it was pleasant, and we enjoyed every opportunity offered. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Attention should be paid to the more varied menu offer for meals. As we were a weekend in July, and so was a weekend in August, the same day, the same meal, the same dish was offered. Personally, I have nothing against it, but one should pay attention to the diversity of the offer. The pools, outside and inside are neat and clean, there are a number of slides available, which are equally enjoyed by both adults and children. We will definitely be back.

  Perfect vacation!!

  Very nice hotel, we spent few days in week there and had a really great time! We stayed in premium room and it was very clean and nice, the food was amazing!! Children enjoyed in play room and outdoor playgrounds, we only missed animation staff for children during week but it was at weekend. Water in swimming pools was very warm - excellent for kids! Suggestion to make a offer for renting bicicles. All other was perfect!
