  The nicest June holiday

  It was our third trip to Krkonoe - Bedichov - Malý iák. The fist we have been in the hotel VZ Bedichov during winter because of skiing and during September. It was an excellent holiday. The place and people there were great, this was why we decided to visit it once again. It is a beautiful place with high hills and amazing deep woods full of plants and animals. If you want to relax, go for long walks and have a great time this is an excellent place. The room was large, clean and housekeeping worked perfectly. We liked the bar and restaurant. All the week there was a lot of food, meat, fruit and vegetables for breakfast, lunch and dinner too. All people and staff there were very kind and friendly. The reception was open all the day. The ladies and gentleman were very kind, willing and talkative. We wish you a nice holiday here M&J

  Muy completo

  Cuando no estás esquiando puedes pasar el rato en la piscina, en el bar, el gimnasio ,en la bolera ó el billar, por ejemplo. No está muy cerca de los remontes pero hay un ski bus gratuito que te deja a unos 300 metros del hotel. No esperes que nadie te atienda en español, aunque el personal es muy simpático y te atenderán en inglés ó alemán sin problemas.

  VERY GOOD WELLNESS CENTER AND HOTEL

  After looking for a hotel with a wellness center we decided on the Bedrichov due to the facilities and location. The reception staff were friendly and assisted us with some questions. We had already booked a few things prior to coming to the hotel. The hotel itself is very large with a lot to offer. The rooms are basic but more than adequate. It is a well established hotel with a long history that is Representative of size although the decor has improved over the years. The pool is well suited for families or couples. A large selection of pools with a lazy river, kids area, hot tub, small and large slides and a power pool. The wellness center has 2 saunas 2 hot tubs and a hot cold foot pool. 3 different showers and a rest area. The pool at the time of our visit wasnt crowded but I can imagine in summer it could get very crowded although there is a max of the people that can use it at one time.The beauty therapies available are good and my wife loved the cranberry one. The indoor electric shooting is fun for adults and kids alike. and the bowling was good. there is a bar/cafe at the hotel but at the time of our visit the bar staff were not particularity friendly. We will certainly be visiting again!

  Vacation

  We spent 3 days in the apartment. Nothing particular. beds were too harsh, apartment had dust everywhere and moquette was dirty too. Pillows were thin and under the bad was also dirty. I would say is ok for young couples, without expectations and with a low budget. We also had breakfast with automatic machines for coffee and a buffet really poor. Waiters there seems to be an hurry and not so happy to work. If i have to come again i would consider to go somewhere else.

  TERRible experience

  the most terrible experiaence in Krkonoe! very expensive accomodation, hotel room was so small, that we, travelling with 6 years old daughter, did not have any space to move or live in the room. yestarday at the breakfast they told us, they dont have anything more (it was 40 minutes until the end,, finally they left to prepare sausages) Today, 1O minutes beore the end, the lady from the kitchen took my fork from my hand and was very rude. I only wanted some food for daughter. Personnel of breakfasts was very rude, nasty, terrible, smelling of cigarettes (it was probably the manager) Tables were dirty, food was disgusting.. We had a room upon the terrace and even they said, the terrace restaurant closes at 22:00. the people had a party in there until 01am. and smokind directly to our room.. very positive thing was swimming pool , fitness, indoor activities. Sauna is only steam sauna... well. never again...and..you have to pay for parking additional payment.... just terrible. And...amazing was lady from uherske hradit at the reception. she was amazing and suppolrtive. the lady from today (old one, was not pleasant at all)
