  Overpriced

  Sorry I cant give better rating since this hotel is not a 4star .Stayed there for 1night in Delux room for 2050grn(68euros),that is facing a building and very noise so the windows has to be closed. Smell of cigarettes in the bathroom,very old towels with stains ,no face towel ,very old uncomfortable pillows and no complimentary water .The only bonus was that you have a free sleepers in the room .I would suggest the admins do not spend money on the sleepers and provide a clean towels,,1small bottle of water and better options for breakfast.No need chicken and rice and cold pancakes More healthy options as oats ,cornflakes and different eggs and yogurts will be much appreciated.   Little Gem

  Guys and girls stay here.. Obviously not Ukrainian owned so plus one ! Very pleasant staff who have actually been trained ! Food for my western standards about 2 star ( proper ingrediants not available in Ukraine, or to expensive )but 4 star for Ukrainian standards. I rented the suite so it was about 3 star again western standards. Bedding was sub par because matresses and the high thread count sheets cost to much, and the feather pillows the same.The Service surprisingly very good. But I gave them an extra star because of the prices. All around very fair for what you get..So thank you !

  Very good hotel

  Great location near station and about 10 minutes to the city center. Very nice & polite staff, speaks Russian and English. Good and rich breakfast. The rooms are big enough, clean. It is normal 3 star hotel.

  nice

  It was nice stay. We stayed for 3 nights. service was good. Not very open to talk but nice. Our room was very big, clean and comfortable. Did not have a chance to eat in the hotel . Food looked OK. You could find something for yourself for breakky.

  New Management ??

  I've stayed her many times before and gave favorable reviews. I wish I could do it again but they have ruined this hotel ! I always get the best most expensive room and I can tell you it is filthy ! FOOOOOO !! The " throw rug " carpeting throughout the room has never been takin out and it is filthy nasty. The took away the free water but the glasses are still in the room. The coffee in the room, gone ! They did not even clean this room one day I was here. They say that the free buffet breakfast is gone because of Covid-19, but you can order one item. Although there are cakes and bread yogurt still out they took away the toaster ! The simple truth is business is down and there cutting expenses in every way possible. Even the "bar girl" does not use her mask nor does she wear gloves and she serves the food and prepares it. Wow ! And the cakes and pastry are covered so EVERYONE spreads Covid who touches the lids ! The grounds outside are filthy and littered with cig butts etc..Total opposite of what they should be doing ! Yes they saved 5 dollars cutting expenses just on me but I am checking out as soon as I secure another hotel room. So they will lose three nights tariff from me now, plus I will never return..
