  Excellent hotel Had a wonderful holiday at this great hotel. The food is exceptional all the staff are so friendly. Had a lovely suite with two balconies overlooking the pool. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Riccione But a special thank you to Stefano a waiter who puts everyone before him.A helpful,charming,funny and all round nice guy who couldn't do enough for my family and I. Thank you to all the staff who made our holiday so special. See you all again soon and hopefully next time for longer G and J and boys

  Superbad!

  Stayed in the hotel for 10 days. The room was extremely dirty, staff very unfriendly, I wrote a complaint to the director, the answer I got by the e-mail was something like "you didn't tell us that your room is dirty so we didn't clean it". So they think that I have to ask them to do their job! I answered to that, explaining in a very kind way what exactly I was dissatisfied with, and the director decided that he can just ignore me. It is not surprising that the staff is so unprofessional - because their boss is unprofessional as well.

  Very sattisfied with the stay, Excellent food

  Good situated, between beach and main street. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is exceptional for italian food lovers. I even praised the chef one time when appeared in restaurant during presentation. He's best at pasta with seafood sauce. I recommended him to find a job in Asia. People there are crazy about Italian food In the end : you can't go wrong with this hotel

  We DO expect a lot more from a four-star hotel ...

  The 'old' aspect is very evident as soon as you enter the lobby where the sofas are worn and the tapestries on the floors are faded and sometimes with an unpleasant smell. The furnishings in the rooms are very old and damaged, the walls are really dirty and in desperate need to be polished, we have changed the first room we were given because it was very bad, the second one was a bit better. However, the rooms are very clean. The staff is courteous and helpful, in fact they have changed the room immediately after the first night, but some of them. Breakfast was fresh and yummy but for a week it becomes repetitive. The swimming pool, the shining element, is very nice and big with lots of sun loungers for sunbathing, but unfortunately many customers make incorrect use by occupying these beds with their own towels while they are away for hours! In addition, only the whirlpool is heated but not the big one where in the afternoon never beats the sun and the water is cold!!! Pictures are attached to confirm what was anticipated above.

  Visiting Pesaro

  We have been to Pesaro for a very short stay and we chose this hotel for the good location and 4 star-rating. Unfortunately, even if not completely dissatisfied, we felt that a lot can be improved: the room is spacious but feels and looks old. just like the hall and the dinner area. A missed opportunity, considering the excellent location of the building.
