  Good location

  The hotel was located very centrally to the main station and the underground. It was also convenient to get to our customer. The room size is adequate. There are lots of restaurants nearby, most including the local speciality, beef tongue.

  Recomended

  We have spend 3 nights in this hotel, this trip. The hotel is good in term of location, room condition, and service. It is just 5 min walk from the sendai station, surrouded by shops and convenient stores. There are public bathrooms at the 2nd floor. Breakfast restaurant serves from 7 am, providing local and bakery menu. My room 805, corner room, was well design, seperating toilet and bath area. The hotel is non smoking with a smoking box at the lobby area. Free wifi is avaliable all over the place with password. In concludsion, I like this hotel and will certainly recomend it to my family and friends.

  Nice hotel close to JR station

  The hotel is around 5-min walk from JR Sendai station and 1 minute walk from underground station. There is also convenience stores nearby. We got upgraded to a corner room and the room was spacious in Japanese standard. The hotel is well-lit and clean. There is also public bath on the second floor. Recommended for travellers to Sendai and Tohoku area!

  No notice in advance about appliance maintenance

  We stay one night in the hotel. It is close to JR East exit and several convenient stores nearby. Its public hot spring is one of the reasons we choice the hotel. But when we arrived, it is under maintenance for more than 1 month. Hope the hotel can notice us when we book the room or provide alternative solution.

  Stayed again!!!

  Hotel Vista, Sendai is very close to the JR Station and near to the sub-way station which is useful. The Hotel rooms are compact and clean. I stayed in Hotel vista before and liked the area. The breakfast is typically Japanese and nothing much to add. There is a Hot water bath which is less crowded.
