  Good rooms with great room services, great washrooms and many more are the incidents which cant be explained in words, but a thing which the management should consider that it should maintain card facility such that all the guests can enjoy there trip freely

  Congusted Space, food is vry unhealthy. Service is nice. They need to chnge lots of things to make better or refreshing. Tourist is come to refresh himself but not yet satisfied. Washroom is too small need a refreshing

  Worst hotel in years of travelling

  Filthy room and bedding. The sheets and duvet cover were stained and ripped. The duvet and pillows underneath were mouldy. The bed felt damp and dirty even after they changed the sheets for us. The bathroom had blood stains on the floor and was filthy...see photos. The mattress was prickly and rock hard, as were the pillows. They gave us better pillows after asking. Staff on reception were unwelcoming and unfriendly. The common areas look clean ....the rooms are not. If we could have had a refund and moved, we would have. Glad we only booked 1 night here. Shifted to Star Villa a few doors down which was excellent.

  Food Quality

  I have book AC Delux Room,Food Quality is impressive,Room interior design nice, fridge is available,Staff are friendly in Nature, Point of improvement,1) Staff uniform 2) Restaurant Menu add different types of salad,chaat,Paneer & chees stater 3) Buffet breakfast should not arrange in Ground loby

  All your concern they listened very carefully & try to solve with best effort. Also the service even after checking they provide was really helpful.the recepient answered all the queries with full care to satisfy your mind
