  Receptionist and all the staff are very jind and efficient. The hotel is very well organized. The garden is nice, breakfast is served under the shades of the trees. There is a nice pool and very convenient garden. Is walking distance 5 min from the sea. The room however was basic, small and quite old. Shower was not working properly and the tv set also was not working very well. Price is fair for what you get.

  Marvelous Park & Garden

  We especially loved having breakfast under the trees of the nice Garden. The stuff is very helpful. As we needed a printout they immediately let us use their computer. The reception speaks well many languages. The room was a little old, but very clean and had enough space.

  Great stay

  Great stay. Very kind staff, close to the beach. Good swimming pool. AC room topfloor spacious and Great view. Good Breakfast in garden. Lunch was disappointing, but you cant have it all, after all its a three star hotel

  Short stay

  We stayed in Villa Tiziana for 1 day instead of 1 week. The welcome was warm and friendly, Arianna at the reception was very nice and helpful. The building and the garden are nice, but unfortunately the room and bathroom were not up to our expectations ( for several reasons). We asked whether we can change the room and Arianna went out of her way to help us find another solution( she even called the partner hotel to get us a room). Nevertheless we preferred to leave which was possible after some discussion with the responsible person. So all in all: nice staff.

  Nice but rooms too old

  + : Food was very good with typical dishes from Italy, which you must choose the day before. The hotel is located in a beautiful park among pine trees. We had breakfast outside with a wide variety of fresh food and drinks. Carpark is available,unfortunately a bit small, protected from the sun by pine trees. Staff friendly and always helpful. - : no airconditioning in our room or in the dining room with temperatures reaching 40 degrees outside, how can it be for a 3-star hotel ?? Swimming pool can only be used between 10am-12am and 3:30pm-7pm, we were absolutely not happy with these stupid rules right in the middle of july. Wearing a bathing cap is also mandatory unfortunately.. The bedroom itself was very old and tiny, no AC, no fridge available, again this is normally the basis for a 3-star hotel ! The bathroom was a good surprise, quite lovely and fully equipped. We wanted to play ping pong but asked the reception staff who checked and finally told us there was no ball and no Racket. To conclude, good food, calm and lovely place but too old for a 3-star hotel, it should be modernized.
