  Estupenda elección!

  Ubicación perfecta, casi al lado de la estación de trenes, fácil y rápido acceso desde el aeropuerto. Nos encantó la habitación de inspiración oriental,con frigobar gratuito que rellenan cada día. Michael en recepción, recibe con una sonrisa a todos los huéspedes y entrega buenos consejos para visitar la ciudad y alrededores. Si volvemos a Frankfurt, seguro volveremos a este hotel!

  Hotel pintoresco

  Este es un hotel oriental en Alemania. Su decoración y ambiente son magníficos. Es bonito, limpio y agradable. Está muy cerca de la estación central de Frankfurt y se puede llegar fácil a pie al casco viejo de la ciudad, no obstante en frente hay estación de tram si no se desea caminar. Una muy buena opción en esta ciudad alemana.

  Sucio. Muchas cosas estropeadas. Decepcionante

  A pesar de haber pagado un tipo de habitación superior, me dieron una habitación con mucho ruido de las máquinas del aire acondicionado. En una de las mesillas, la luz estaba fundida. La televisión no funcionaba. La máquina de café expreso del desayuno tampoco funcionaba. La explicación en todos los casos fue que la persona de mantenimiento estaba enferma. El hotel me pareció que estaba sucio en general. Es cierto que me hicieron un descuento por estos motivos, pero la estancia me la chafaron.

  I will not stay in this hotel again

  I will not stay in this hotel again and I would not recommend it to anybody else. Even for one night one look for some other place to stay. I really wonder, who gave this hotel 4 stars, it is not more than 2 stars in the current condition. I also surprised that the rating for this hotel stays high. Maybe it was a nice hotel 10 years ago, but not anymore. Noise: The noise level was extremely high. The hotel is located on the very busy street and if you rooms window does not face the inner yard, then the probability will be high that you will not be able to sleep in the night. Security: I did not feel safe in this hotel. There is no reception between entrance door and the rooms. Reception in located in completely different building. I do not know, whether they lock this entrance door at least for the night hours. During the day anybody can enter the building and get up to the rooms. Homeless people kind of live on the opposite side of the street. If you have your room at the first or second floor, it might be really uncomfortable. Cleanliness: Floor in my room was very dirty. They probably just vacuum clean it, no wet cleaning. There was something sticky near my bed. Terrible smoke smell in the room. WiFi: Was very week. I was not able even to check my e-mails. Stairs: One has to go up and down numerous stairs just to reach the reception. There is a lift in the building, but it is between the floors. It means one has to go half stairs up or down to reach the room. For people with children, luggage, or some restrictions, it might be really a problem. Others: The hairdryer in my first room was completely melted. Yes, melted! I came down to the reception and showed the photo to the staff and immediately get the new room. But Im not sure something will be done to substitute the melted hairdryer or they just let the next guest to find it out again. The room is not design for working people. No proper desk and chair.

  4 star 20 years ago.... Now awful

  Stagg seemed friendly but this hotel is so far past its best it should be closed. Where do I start for this 180 per night hotel. Shall we look at the decor which was last touched 20 years ago. It may have been quaint when new but now the handpainted sinks have massive chunks of paint missing and varnish coming off in large flakes. The plywood windowsill is broken with some wood trying desperately to hold it together. The satellite system for the TV does not work, there is no reception for any TV stations. The ceiling in the bathroom is bubbled and nothing has been maintained for many years. HOWEVER Generous the hotel is not, one darjeeling tea bag and two sugar packets await the excited visitor to the hotel. No coffee or milk and one tea bag hmmmm Nothing prepared you for the tiled floors that look like they were last washed years ago. Tiles could be more hygienic than carpets but only if washed regularly. Some of the stains and dirt on the floor made me keep my shoes on unless I showered. The sink is bad but when you look at the shower and sink taps hygiene becomes a major concern. These are so dirty and look awful you worry about touching them. It's no wonder metro have no cancellation policy. If they did I would have walked in the bedroom and immediately left the hotel.
