  Stay away !!!

  Dear All, I'll try to keep it as short as possible: 1. The food is absolutely disgusting !!! The Chef has no taste nor idea about cooking. Last dinner was so bad that my whole family didn't touch any of the two dishes. On this evening he served black pasta with seafood from the TIN followed by barely warm, greasy, covered in wet pastry another fishy misunderstanding. The taste was absolutely grose. 2. The waiters are struggeling to speak english. If you arrive for breakfast any later then 07:30 you can be sure that some of the food will already be gone. I have asked the waiter to bring some cheese to which he replied: "I have no more cheese" 3. We had to sleep under blankets. I would expect from a three star hotel to provide duvets and linen. 4. It is not possible to leave the garage between 00:00 and 07:00 so on the day of departure I had to park my car outside and put my kids in reezing seats. 5. The fire extinguisher in the alleyway was discharged which I have reported to the manager. 6. The swimming pool was cold for last three days. 7. One of two showers in the swimming pool area was broken and supplying boiling water. No one however bothered to repair it during our week's stay. 8. Entertainment in this place doesn't exist. The choice is following: - swimming pool - billiard or................... - during evenings one of the waiters organises some sort of pathetic disco with the use of his laptop and two tabletop mini speakers. Conclusion: This place should go by the name of HOSTEL Villa di Bosco since it doesn't fulfill standards of a hotel.

  Ski trip with family

  We have decided last minute for this ski trip and we found an apartment in this hotel. The apartment was not that big but enough to accommodate 5 people for 5 days at a reasonable price. Everything was clean and in conditions. There is no restaurant, but we have been able to cook in the kitchen (small but with everything is needed). The SPA is not that big and the steam room has been kept closed for the first two days of our stay. This has been quite upsetting because once we told to the reception they switched it on. The skibus stop is just outside the hotel and is just 8 minutes from the ski slopes. During peak hours there is a skibus every 5-10 minutes, so you dont actually need the car. All in all we would suggest this place for a family. The hosts have been kind and helpful all the time, even if we recommend them to pay a little more attention to the requests of the guests (we asked for the steam room twice before being listened).

  Great Christmas holiday

  We stayed for 6 nights at Christmas 2017. Great little apartment, fully furnished, breakfast was very good, bus to the Pampeago ski area was right out of the door, the spa and heated swimming pool were perfect for me and my wife to relax and for our son to have fun. We will be back!

  we have just booked our second stay

  We stayed with my wife in Villa di Bosco one week in january 2018. We liked our stay so much, that we have decided to come back in january 2019 again. This hotel is perfectly situated close to the ski area. It is very clean and the stuff is very helpful. Even if you come to breakfast "last minute", and something in buffet is missing, simply ask and they are happy to bring what you like. Breakfast is really very rich and can be compared to some 5 star hotels. We had small kitchen connected to our appartment, which was very convinient for our lite dinner preparations. Gym is simple but sufficient, Spa was always working fine, (all saunas and pool) everything was clean and modern.Place for kids is big and well equiped. We liked, that it was no problem to arrive very late in the night (actually after midnight) and we still could get in and paperwork finish next day morning. Villa di Bosco is family running hotel and we could feel, that there is significant focus on guest satisfaction. Our suggestion: if you miss something or you would like to get something fixed, simply ask Laura or Claudia and they will take care for that. Communication is the key to your satisfaction.

  Perfect place to stay for families.

  Nice clean rooms. Superb wellness and very close to all the skiing resorts. The breakfast is yummy (i appreciate the fresh orange juice - much better than the the usual juice machines) The owner is also super chill and always helpful. We really enjoyed the stay. Thank you!
