Nice little hotelThe hotel is nice in good location, very near to the center. The breakfast in 2+1 room is only for 2 people, because the child is under 6, this is very petty from their side. Also they can not accept credit and debit cards although they have POS terminal on the reception desk.

Very convinient and nice little hotelI spent 2 nights at this hotel and I recommend it for all kind of travellers. Is very good located at the centre of Vidin in walk distance (3-5min) of Danube river and pedestrian area of town. The hotel has a tavern with very good food but this maybe makes trouble if you want to sleep early and the tavern has "live" music. I had a very good time because it was Saturday and the orchestra played traditional songs until 12:00 o'clock and all the hotel was down singing and dancing with the very friendly stuff. Also, Is near to the train station (1 min walking) behind the first block of the side road of the station. The breakfast is good and served at the open air area of the tavern and the bathrooms typical Bulgarian, very spacious but with the water to fill the entire place around. They accepted my credit cards and I paid the bill with them.

Mixed reviews on this hotelAccommodations seemed to be good, very inexpensive for what it seemed to offer. But, be careful. The shower and bath leaked onto the shiny glass smooth bathroom tiles. You can't prevent yourself from slipping and falling as I did. I got pretty badly hurt, I just regret not making more of a big deal out of my experience.

Top little HotelWe travel to Vidin once a year and stay for two weeks visiting friends and family, yes we have stayed in other hotels in the local area, but what you get at this hotel is a smile in the morning that's not put on, staff go out there way to make you very welcome, are first day said it all I run out of cigarettes late at night and one off the staff after finishing her shift went out and got me some in her own time, little things like that make it special, the rooms are very nice and clean, the night porter does not speak English but he always works it out to what your after or need, a very nice gentleman too, The location of the hotel is fantastic not to far from train station and main Bus station, shops all round and a small walk into the parks and Bars, we as a couple would would like to thank all the staff for making this a home from home for us and see you all in June 2016 all booked can't wait, To us the best part of staying in this hotel is that nobody bothers you, the staff are very nice, and the rooms are very clean and lots of space, Ten out of ten to the Vidin Hotel Might only have 3 stars but the staff take it up to a 5 stars, Great Hotel
