This family run hotel is located less than 5 minutes walk from the restaurants and beach of Piso Livadi. We arrived in the early hours of the morning due to a late arriving ferry and although we had advised this via email, there was some confusion in regards to our room and it was not available. However, what could have turned out to be a nightmare was really one of the highlights to our trip. Maria, who spoke little English ensured that we had a room for the night and organised for our room to be ready the next day - it was that wonderful hospitality that made it all worthwhile. The hotel is definitely at the budget end - I think a good rate for what we had which was a 2 roomed "apartment" with bathroom. There was a kitchen however it only had a sink and fridge - not very functional, however we didn't require any cooking facilities. The bathroom was really in need of an update but the rest of the apartment was adequate. There was an extremely large deck outside which was shared - absolutely wonderful in the afternoon with shade and filtered water views. Upstairs rooms would have afforded better views however then there were more stairs!
