Read carefully my honest review of this hotel!I would like to start with the fact the the management is very self oriented. When i say self oriented i mean that they dont realy care about their guests but solely about their own profit! We spent 10 days in their hotel In August 2016. We arrived with our car and expected (as promised) to have a normal parking place. However, the hotel hasnt enough parking lots for all their guests so guess what, if they have place for your car you will park in otherwise park out. Even if you parked in and some other guest wants to take his car for a travel shopping etc and your car parked in front of his, they will call you from the beach or early in the morning (when you sleep) and shout on you without apologizing to come and move your car (it happened several times to us!!). If you start to wonder and ask for answers they still wont apologize. You should accept it, this is the policy of hotel Venezia (of course you wont accept it). Their cleaning lady opened our room door twice within this period, once in the early morning to tell us to come down to the parking place (although 5 minutes ago they called us), the second time was at the last day one hour before check out, she was searching for the TV remote control.. If you think that it helped us to complain think twice. They didnt even feel to say sorry. Its all normal for them. They will borrow you their bicycles but only until 9:00pm. Why? the receptionist will tell you that there are restrictions and there isnt light installed so when its dark and the police catches you the hotel wont be liable but you will be. However the owner will tell you a different reason, they are concerned that you will be sitting in a bar drinking some alcohol and forgetting the bicycle. You will anyway leave 50 euro deposit for each bicycle you borrow. Last but not least, they sell you a package with internet however the router is so old primitive and small so you can forget having a signal in your room. You will barely have a signal next to the reception. Try asking to solve this problem (you will only waste your time). To put it in a nutshell, there is no service, they dont care or value their customers, they dont understand the meaning of happy customer im sure that they dont even have this word 'service' in their lexicon. I would like to stress out also that we are not annoying guests but they gave us the feeling to be problematic because we ask for what we have paid... I would definitively recommend to search for other hotels and there are hundreds in Jesolo.. PS many other guest complained as well the problem is that only a few will share their honest feedback here online, many others will go on with their life..

Would never recommend this hotel.I came here on a trip with a group of 55 people. Upon entering we immediately felt unwelcomed by the staff. The woman at the front desk was very difficult to work with and made check-in much longer than necessary. We then went to dinner at the hotel. After just the first course of lasagna nearly half of our group rushed out of the room sick. The second course was supposed to be pork chops (I think) and potatoes. Those of us remaining barely touched our meal but, the mystery meat was not cooked. We also had some vegans and vegetarians in our group which they immediately told us they would not accommodate for. Then they handed the vegans pasta with sauce. Since they had been told that they could not be accommodated for they asked the servers what was in the sauce. The server simply answered STOP. About 11 people actually got sick from the food and when we asked the hotel for ginger ale they insisted that we pay for it out of our pockets; even though it was their food that made people sick. Someone on our group got locked in the bathroom for 20 minutes. Another said that their was blood on the sheets. Many people complained of sandy sheets as well. Dirty bathrooms were also a problem across the board. There is a sign in the room stating to never leave any valuable belonging in the room and to put it in the safe. However, the safe was not functionable and I was concerned about my belongings all day. We were also told that free WiFi would be accessible however when we got there the staff said that groups have to pay for WiFi. While it only cost 1 the WiFi does not work which is frustrating. Breakfast consisted only of rolls and some salami and cheese. I understand that breakfast is not a huge meal in Europe but this was my 4th hotel in the past week and all the others offered more variety for breakfast. Someone also got sick from breakfast. After just one day we came back to our hotel room to find ants all over the floor and when we asked the front desk if they had any spray to deal with it they were uncooperative. Another group said that there were ants on there bed. Again the front desk was not cooperative. There were also exposed wire in several of the bathrooms. No one in our group has anything positive to say about this hotel. This experience cause my tour director and teachers to stay up very late trying to deal with all the problems that could have been avoided and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Relaxing time in Hotel VeneziaWe stayed in the hotel for 6 nights. The first impression was not that it would be a nice place to stay, however this picture improved a lot. The bathrooms have been recently renovated, the bed was very comfortable. It was great to cycle across Jesolo with the bike of the hotel. The staff was not superfriendly, but they worked extremely hard in the restaurant. It was really amazing. Last but not least the price was really nice, too.

Very badServices and waiters are very unpalatable and foolish. Breakfast and dinner for group excursions are very bad: old cheeses, bad meat, disgusting soups, and the rest of the food served by other guests. Rooms very old, cleanliness ok.

Good place to stayI came here on a trip with a group. The rooms facing the street are good, but the rooms inside are poor. The staff was friendly. It was odd for us to charge a separate charge for the refrigerator and air conditioner.
