More for backpackersWe had an interesting experience here. The food was not great and my husband's dinner was terrible. I would agree with the other reviews that say the breakfast food was out all night and was not the best. On the positive, there was a pool and DJ who entertained and provided snacks. It was a good atmosphere during the day but the night was terrible. Lots of banging doors all night so I did not sleep until 3am. The room was OK. I would not go back.

ShockingI went there as part of a trip with a group from school, we were due to leave yesterday night and as we went upstairs we noticed that the cleaner had moved all of our bags into one persons room, our underwear was splayed about their room and all of our money was missing. It was honestly shocking, there was no reason for this to happen, no one else was due to be staying in the rooms. As we went as a group through interski there was an inter ski employee who was with us for the whole trip, she said it was shocking and they won't be taking another group back there, which they shouldn't, I only took 100 and 30 was taken, not only that but there were cigarettes in the room, the rooms were dusty and dirt was found in the corners, the showers were faulty and absolutely tiny. Things were taken out of people's closed suitcases and arranged in Wierd places by the cleaner, the inter ski employee had her laptop which she placed at the bottom of her wardrobe so they wouldn't touch it and yet they moved it onto her desk. The staff at the hotel were no help, not only did they not give an explanation but they didn't do anything to help, we were left room less with half of our stuff missing with 22 pupils items all in one tiny room spread about. The food was horrible, the panacotta we had one day was just a slice of it placed on a plastic plate with 'chocolate sauce' which tasted more like maple syrup. The chicken was practically raw inside and the portions were absolutely tiny. As growing teenagers who are doing demanding physical sport (skiing) for several hours a day, a tiny bowl the size of a shotglass full of sugary full fat milk and grounded cereal just isn't sufficient.

DirtyCame here as part of a school trip, at first look the hotel looks fine, but when you enter the hotel you will see why this hotel doesn't have the best reviews. Our room a filthy had a weird green slime on the floors, mud on the beds and the bathroom light didn't work. 3 of us were jammed into a small room with not much floor space and not much room to store clothes. Food was horrible, very basic and was not very nice, seemed like some was proceed and frozen and cooked in the oven. The skiing in pila was amazing and made up for the hotel, but it was very poor.

Dirty, tired, dated and worn outTraveling through the Aosta region we asked a local chap for a hotel in the vicinity and....ended up here. The receptionist was helpful enough although she made it clear that she was on her way home and we had to rush if we were going to be 'lucky' enough to eat at their restaurant. The food was WAY below par with the mixed sliced meats starter having bone dry hams. The main courses of mushroom tagliatelle had a sauce that was both dire in taste and appearance, whilst the polenta and cheese was a stodgy mush which was a chore to eat. 50+ for this poor show was a right royal rip-off. The room was dated with 70's fittings, in desperate need of a good clean and the second bed (we'd asked for a twin room) was an ancient fold out bed that was so bad that it wasn't even flat! Things finally hit rock bottom in the bathroom as the first towel on the rack for the bidday was 'soiled' in every sense of the word. Who cleans the rooms? Ray Charles? The cost for this sad state of affairs was 85 for the night and quite frankly, 30 would have been way too much. Our main mistake was not checking Trip Advisor first, instead of trusting a local for judgement. Top dollar prices for poor services. Time for the owners to spend some money on a COMPLETE refurb instead of just ripping people off. And some un-used, clean towels would be a superb starting point. The poor ratings and reviews for this place here on TA are NOT an exaggeration!
